I was at Cherry Hill Wawa today around 8:00 PM. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he was at the cash register. I was there to buy a few things and asked if I needed to do separate transactions to use my points. He said yes. While I was placing my order, I started feeling anxious because there was a line behind me. He was quick and very respectful. He even started a conversation with a woman behind me, which helped me feel more at ease because the customer behind me wasn’t as anxious to check out. I hope Wawa doesn’t need his name to give him credit. As a customer service representative in a fast-paced job, I want to recognize this man! This Wawa is lucky to have him! Five stars!

One of the good things about Wawa is that they are fairly consistent with their layouts so if you step foot and six different stores they generally are easy to navigate. Also menus don’t vary from store to store at least not extremely they stayed pretty consistent with the food they serve on their menu. Only downside I’ve seen with Wawa is all the advertising for the pizza I’ve tried three times once right after 4:00 once at 5:00 and once it’s 6:00 and have get to try it so I pretty much gave up on it. I’ve heard it’s good but I have yet to taste it also from store to store especially when you visit on the regular the people there sort of become your friends and if you ask them to make your sandwich a certain way or your breakfast a certain way they generally will and no remember it so you don’t have to repetitively ask the one near my house those guys are fantastic. The craziest thing is when they had gotten rid of their sriracha sauce a few years back I had to make myself a different breakfast sandwich and the girls there knew how much I loved it and save me some Sriracha for as long as they could. I eat it at Wawa for breakfast pretty much every day during the week whether it be from the warmer at the counter or ordered which I generally do a burrito and they’re always delicious. And to take full advantage of the Wawa experience highly recommend using their app to earn points and free items it doesn’t take much and after a while it learns what you like and gives you coupons accordingly. For instance this morning I received a free monster, a buy one get one for you on the sandwiches and I thought that was fantastic and I was pretty taken away by the bonuses that they add on top of what you can get from there everyday bonuses. Gotta love a Wawa!

Will never be coming back! Shakeeria is the worst manager to have ever been hired at this wawa and arguably the worst manager of all time. When I went to the register she rung me up and was rushing me and being extremely rude. Please fire this lady!

Visited store few minutes ago and experience was horrible. Ordered a sandwich and a smoothie in which people making my sandwich had no hair net, name tag and no apron (I don’t know if they wear one but the person shirt all on my sandwich). The person making the smoothie was nice. I saw a group of kids steal from the store and whoever the manager on duty was didn’t do a thing but yell at them.

Gotta love Wawa, but the diesel was self-serve! I’m from out of state so I know how to do that, but what about everyone else in NJ?? Seriously, though, the fuel station had everything you needed and inside is what you would come to expect from a Wawa chain convenience store. Diesel was cheap, too!
