I pulled in today around 6:05 AM to get fuel. There were a lot of pumps coned off maybe one or two open I pulled up to one. The gas station attendant saw me said hello to me. Did not come over to me. I waited for a few minutes, got back in my car and pulled around to where she was Inside The kiosk and I asked is there only one gas pump open that one seems to be broken she said yeah it’s broken but we’re closing all of these down cause there’s a shift change. I said you saw me standing over there we said hello wouldn’t it have been courteous of you just to tell me like hey the pump is broken and we’re shutting down for a few minutes, so I didn’t stand there and waste a bunch of time? To which she responded “nah we cool” And proceeded to just get back on her cell phone in front of me. I get it, it’s cold, no one wants to actually work outside when they can get paid to just be scrolling on their phone. But this was just blatantly disrespectful. The shame of it is, this location is typically so great. Hopefully management can use this as a training, coaching & hiring opportunity for all involved.

Please give Makaya a Promotion and a wholw raise. I was in for a visit today and she really took her time to prepare my drink and you can tell that she preps food and drinks from her heart. I feel like she can train others with the knowledge that she has because it’s her specialty it’s in her nature and it’s what she was born to do. I really appreciate it her all around service tonight!

My son & I made an online order for curbside & when we got it & went home we got the wrong order. Even though it was the wrong order my son was able to eat it however, due to the other meal having a food I’m allergic to I can’t eat it so I went hungry. I would have returned but being disabled it was an issue for me.

I came in and ordered 2 salads and requested boiled eggs in which they forgot to add, the assistant manager acted as if she was frustrated when I required help. I never felt so uncomfortable at Wawa but this will be my last time coming to this one. I should have made my own damn salad.

I stopped in to get fuel this morning. Usually when I arrive before 4am its the same person working there glued to their phone. He never acknowledges you as he is too busy staring at his phone watching something. I asked him to fill it up premium and finally when he gets back to the pump he asks what type of fuel I wanted again. This is the first he has said anything to me in several visits. I communicated premium once again. As he pumps the gas while still glued to his phone he selects regular. I had to get his attention to stop the pump so he could put the right fuel in my car. I get that its early morning and there is not much going on. However, each time I have gone this early for fuel there it seems like I am inconveniencing this person. Going forward I will go out of my way to a different location so I don’t interrupt this employee from his show or movie.

Go here all the time, but today I’m annoyed enough to post… Seems like the weekends is the time to bypass wawa (more teens ♀️, less full-time employees). Today, I ordered snack wrap, might as well have just thrown the ingredients into the bag…the wrap was not wrapped, so the wrap easily unraveled and was just laying in the bag. On top of that, the bacon I paid .70 for was omitted from both wraps too. The guy making the drinks is getting better, and the cashier is always a peach. Sighs…it’s just frustrating when you spend money daily at a store and the service isnt up to par with the prices

I love the late night crew at this wawa. I’ve gotten to know a couple of the workers here and they’ve gotten to know me too. They keep it clean and organized. And are courteous, personable, and super friendly. And my favorite thing is that there’s never any riff raff hanging around outside begging for your change. It makes me feel safe.
