It’s a mixed bag with the food. The cream smoothies are THE BEST! The steak bowls are not good. I wouldn’t even classify it as steak. The breakfast items are OK but not great. The pizza is surprisingly good and affordable. The staff are always nice and the place is super clean.

I visited this Wawa specifically for the Tesla charging station, but my experience inside was far from ideal. The store was extremely busy and noticeably unclean. It took a long time to get coffee and food due to very long lines, and the dirty bathrooms were a particular turn-off. Even the outside area was congested. While the selection of drinks and snacks is good, this Wawa desperately needs additional staff to manage the crowds and maintain a basic level of cleanliness.

There was a new African-American girl at the register. I used the automated register at first, but my card would not go through and I turned around to go to the register and said I apologize but for some reason this register will not take my card and she acted like it was the end of the world And she was so busy that I interrupted her that all she was doing when I walked through the door was sitting there, cackling, talking, and laughing rude because she had to clear what was on the automated machine and actually do her job and ring items up Then, after I got my food, my mother was Looking for napkins, she is disabled and this same girl was rude to her because I got she had to actually work. No need to go further into detail. Just need to address this employee. The morning services have drastically dropped after the lovely cashier, Tina was let go. The food tastes quite unappetizing, to say the least. Next, the atmosphere is awful. Trash was left piled on the floors at times, it look quite empty and lifeless. Lastly, the person running the register was quite rude to me and my family. I do not recommend going to this store.

I stopped by this Wawa for a sandwich and a few other items. An employee named James made my sandwich, and I want to recognize the exceptional service he provided. I made a mistake that could have understandably caused frustration, but instead of reacting negatively, James was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He resolved the issue with a great attitude and couldn’t have been more pleasant. His level of customer service truly deserves to be commended. Bravo, James! Because of this experience, I now make it a point to stop at this Wawa more often when I’m passing through.
