This was not a good visit and a continuation of an ongoing issue.
I do not like to dole out lousy reviews unless they are well – earned.
My issue is not with the employees, bathroom or layout.
It seems that every time for the last 5 visits…to this location and others…I have not been able to add my points. Since they now expire…I have dwindled down to almost nothing left.
The lady at the register…said that this has been happening a lot lately and there is nothing she can do. She also indicated that I needed to move away to let the line continue.
I contacted corporate about this issue…but have not heard back yet.
Wawa…you HAVE to do better.

This is by far one of my favorite Wawa’s, the staff is amazing very friendly and helpful. Kevin is amazing he makes the best Sizzli and he’s very thoughtful. Susie is another amazing associate, she’s so sweet and kind . The manger Anthony M is another favorite , he has such a beautiful soul and makes the best salads. Dan the store manger is by far doing an awesome job. If you ever have any problems, they solve your issues immediately without hesitation and make things right.. I appreciate the staff and their hard work and dedication, they reassure customers that they are appreciative for their business!!!

Do not go to this Wawa for food. I usually always go to the one on the other side of 35 but this was closest today. Paid $10 for a gobbler bowl with hardly anything on it and no cranberry sauce? Take the extra 3 minutes and drive to the other one, this one suck. So worth it.

Waited 10 minutes before being asked what # my order is. Worker in food area tells me to go to drink area but no one ever showed up to make my drink. Manager is upset that he has to refund me. Never apologies for wasting my time. Eatontown location is ON POINT. Go there instead. They should shut oakhurst down

Anytime I hit Special Order at this location it goes unheard. I tried to talk to a manager, but noone would claim the title. Today was more then adequately staffed, and I had selected Special Order on my sandwich. The lady making drinks asked me what it was, I told her it was on my sandwich, she let the others making sandwiches know. They did not care. Did not ask. Ignored me when I tried to ask two of them about my order. That’s messed up. The other Wawas in the area never have this issue. I come here almost daily because it’s a few blocks from my house, but the past year it’s just been so lackluster at this specific location and I always get something messed up on my order.

the gas guy doesn’t even know how to pump gas correctly. it’s legit the only thing he needs to do. filled my tank up for $5 telling me it was done and gaslighting me when i told him it’s not. then put my gas cap on wrong then made my check engine light on. wasted 2 hours of my day at the dealership getting it looked at.

Some people that work in this store are very lazy cant fill the toilet paper in the men’s bathroom gave my boyfriend a attitude and then she couldn’t even do her job and just shoves the roll into my boyfriends hands and said here in a rude way.
