I kindly asked for a plastic bag for my two medium sized wraps. The food worker who was free denied my request and told me to go buy a reusable bag on the other side of the store. I had three beverages in my other hand. I told her okay since she didn’t see to want to helo the coworker who I asked the plastic bag from. Two of the beverages were hot tea which spilled down my chest after I tried holding everything to leave. Dissatisfying customer service

Gas attendance was very nice even with it being 11° outside. The cashier was super pleasant also. You get to the counter where they make the food and nobody says a word. 5 sandwiches on the counter but not one # called out so you are jus supposed to know that the sandwich you ordered is ready. And you say hi and get nothing in return. Idk but the job isn’t that difficult and I’m not trying to have a back and forth a simple hello or a smile goes a long way!

I have hesitated leaving this review for a while now but have had enough. I have ordered from this store multiple times on the app and they have yet to get one order right, ever! There have been occasions i have had to get the drinks, etc myself because my order was not ready. The food has been incorrect, sizes have been incorrect and i have been missing items multiple times. I emailed corporate last year and obviously they have not fixed anything at the store. Oh well

8/7/21 At about 8:30 PM Highway 36 Leonardo’s local Wawa. I’m a 13 year old writing this review for you. All day I was craving a burger from Wawa. My dad brought me with my siblings to get my burger. When I go back home from picking up my burger. I see that no one even TRIED to make this. Young adults, they wanna work but they put ABSOLUTE NO effort in working. Doesn’t make sense that they want to work but they don’t even try. Good day folks.

I’m going to call in the morning and get a manager. The lady was very disrespectful who made my sandwich and wasn’t even making it right. And had an attitude. When she was corrected. The worse WaWa in Middletown. The women behind the food counter are so rude and are too busy yapping it up amongst each other, they forget they have a job to do. This happens a lot at this location. I waited over 10 minutes for my egg sandwich, when it was done they didn’t even call out the order number. It wasn’t even too busy at that time (only two people waiting behind me on a rainy Sunday). They just left it sitting on the inside edge of the pickup counter where I couldn’t even reach for it. They saw me standing there, but their conversation about the ex-husband was just too important. Horrible service for such average-quality food. The other Wawa by rt 35 is much better service-wise and overall.
