i went there to get a strawberry banana smoothie after getting my wisdom teeth out & the drink i received was not made right. It just tasted like bananas & was way too frozen. so i politely asked if she could remake it for me. She agreed but slammed the new drink in front of my face & made it even worse than the first time. If i wanted a banana smoothie, i would’ve got that.

lady behind the counter was screaming loudly about how hungry she was and that she wanted to go on break and joked that they were closed while not making my order. i was one of three people in the store and she and about five other workers were milling about cackling and joking loudly

I go here often and usually love everything. the store is clean and the food selection is good. however the last time I went I decided to try a fruit and yogurt smoothie before I went to work. the employee at the smoothie counter noticed where I work (from my uniform) and started laughing at me and insulting me. the smoothie was full of ice and not blended completely, and I couldn’t finish it. I suggest the employees focus on making quality food instead of rudely commenting about customers’ lives. my turkey rollups and donut were great as always though. I’ll be back but won’t order another smoothie.
