MARYBETH an older lady at the register RUDELY told me to leave because I walked in to get a drink with my service dog and proceeded to tell people that said my dog was cute to “end the discussion” I mean I can’t even believe what was coming out of her mouth! I have never had an issue at Wawa especially bringing my TRAINED SERVICE dog! Everyone felt so uncomfortable ! A man who over heard even told me out side “she’s always nasty like that”. That lady should not be in that business!

Out of the 4 times ive stopped after work for an iced coffee, they have been out every single time. When i asked for a refill, they make me stand around and wait just to tell me they are out. This has happened 3 out of 4 times. No other wawa runs out of iced coffee. I was told they can make an iced coffee if i ordered off the screen, i was served the most inedible disgusting coffee ive ever had in my life. I left it on the counter and walked out.

5 stars for the tall lady who voluntarily helped me to redeem a reward item when she noticed me struggling on wawa app (I think the app needs upgrade, but it’s not wawa store employee’s job). As to appreciate the help, I bought a large cup of coffee.

Their coffee is actually really good & reasonably priced. I’ve gotten a pizza to go about 2 times & for a convenience store it’s pretty good. The employees are attentive & respectful.

2022. The pandemic has come and gone and is now something that people from all walks of life must deal with. Our neighborhood Wawa is the sole thing we are aware of that has stood by us. As always, this Wawa deserves all the praise for continuing to do business in a way that maintains our neighborhood vibrant. Although there are new employees, new stories, certain shortages, and undoubtedly some service slowdowns, I have yet to have a poor encounter that has motivated me to talk negatively of this Wawa or to write anything to that effect.
What I will say is that this Wawa’s atmosphere has an impact on the one missing star. You do expect a cheerful atmosphere from dawn to evening, but it isn’t always present and, on rare occasions, it isn’t there when it’s most needed, like on weekday mornings when commuters arrive. Some people may have noted recently that a smile, a welcome, or something else pertinent is no longer necessary or even appreciated. Even if we are all going through difficult times, I wish I could ignore this absence, but I frequently fail to do so.
But what keeps me satisfied is that the food is still wonderful, the convenience is still awesome, and I can still enter and exit Wawa without getting into an argument – sometimes, that’s all that matters!
