Cashier service has always been amazing for me…. But the work party behind the food counter has got to stop!!! They’re too busy yapping while making the sandwiches and half the time they don’t even call out the ready number. I literally had to reach over and check which was mine!!! And Ive lived in Jersey my entire life, I KNOW to pay before, but I don’t want random hands sorting through sandwiches. Especially while looking at ALL the employees just chatting away.

My friends and I just left the Eatontown Wawa and had the best experience of our lives. There was a guardian angel working this morning disguised as a Wawa employee named Jennifer. She made our entire week better by helping us on our singular Wawa trip. First, there were no hash browns left and our angel happily retrieved a whole tray from the back for us. Next, I discovered that the cold brew I had particularly crafted to accommodate my palette did not fall under the criteria of a Big Deal. Jennifer kindly and patiently allowed me to order a new coffee and complimented my previous order, while allowing me to stay under my very tight college-student budget!! After all of that, with a smile on her face, she fixed my new coffee with her magical barista powers. From cashier to cook to barista, Jennifer is a shining star and knocked our mornings out of the park. Please give this girl a massive raise!!! We will be back soon.

They were handing out free pizza slices today and they were SO GOOD. I’m going to order a Wawa pizza next pizza night. Very cheesy and with the right amount of crunch and garlic. Also the slushy drinks were on sale for $1.99, which was a nice surprise at the register. Keep up the great work

Normally I love this place. I get my gas pumped by the same gentleman that gives amazing service. Today I had some young kid. After my truck was full he pulled the pump out of my truck flinging gas all over the side of my truck and floor of the gas station. Did not say one thing and walked away. THE WORST service. I HAD TO GO PAY FOR A CARWASH BC MY TRUCK STINKS OF GAS. Still smells after the wash.

Diane at the register decided to steal my change out of the change dispenser all because the person before me left it in there and I was $.13 short of my order and I used $.20 out of there and when the change came out, she decided to say you know what you’re not getting your change either. I came in at about 4am. The floors were being mopped and looked cleaned, but on my way to the juice pickup aisle I saw several boxes scattered all over blocking walkways.
Employees were audibly frustrated with work. I overheard conversations and things sound like they’re running bad over here.
I was basically the only customer at the time. They forgot a straw with my shake. When I asked for one, the guy took an extra minute to bring one and gave me a strange stare. I then heard loud banging of coffee stuff and got the hint, he wanted me out.
I passed two other Wawas on the way to this one because it had a better star rating on Google Maps. They must not get a lot of people that look like me around these parts.

Trying to warn other people – I got insane food poisoning after ordering a tuna sandwich from here. I ordered a tuna sandwich for dinner and by the next morning I was vomiting. I’ve never been that sick before. Eat at your own risk.
