I’ve never had worse Wawa experience. I charge my car at Wawa all the time. Wawa has always provided complementary free water from their cup dispenser. Now they stock in behind the counter and treat you like a homeless person when asking for a cup. Not to mention their bathroom floor was grossly wet covered in what smelled like urine and visible poop pieces.

THIS IS THE WAWA EXPERIENCE IN LODI. To start things off the staff is horrible, they are rude and disrespectful to customers. Registers are left closed or unattended allowing only one register to be open for the whole store. In the parking lot they have caution tape blocking off most of the parking forcing me to wait for a spot to open up. Not to mention all the trash laying around outside being unattended. The bathrooms are a scene straight from a horror movie. Owners need to really sit down and reconsider how the wawa operates. Amazing location with horrible staff to accompany it.

Anything rated under 5 stars here is hard to believe. I come here all the time and still come here daily even after moving farther away. Best staff in this place , it’s literally why I only come to this one specifically. The staff is very welcoming and always assists. Always get the frozen matcha cream drink here

Normally, when traveling I like Wawa gas stations. However, the customer service has plummeted recently at the Lodi, NJ location. I ordered a chicken sandwich from their deli and the man behind the counter refused to look at me when I asked if it was my order that was ready ( which it was my order), he ignored me for easily two minutes, while he just stood there and when he silently shoved my sandwich box to me it was covered in dirty, greasy fingerprints. It really ruined my appetite. And, it makes you wonder how clean the food is. I took photos of the box, as you can see. Also, they hide the straws for drinks behind a check out counter where nobody works, so you can’t even get a straw, which is simply ridiculous. Straws should be near the drinks, as per usual, not hidden. I don’t know why this place is being so weird. All the other Wawa’s I’ve been to are much nicer and cleaner. Someone needs to sort this place out and hire proper staff.

I don’t understand how this is the only Wawa with automatic coffee pots, and also the only Wawa with consistently cold/lukewarm coffee. I went in hungry today and left wasting time and money. My appetite flipped when I watched the worker push down garbage then crush my food with the same pair of gloves. I actually don’t think I’ll be buying food from any Wawa for a while after watching that. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food just to end up throwing it away because I was concerned garbage gloves weren’t clean enough to be handling food. I’m not sure what the policy is but I’m almost positive changing gloves after touching garbage is important.

We stopped here just to get coffee and water.
It was very late, a little after 2 am. Honestly, it was a little scary inside because of the customers inside. Meanwhile, employees were in alert but calm, and it seemed like everything was under control, and nothing was out the normal, so that made us feel comfortable and safe.
We love Wawa coffee. Had a good deal on bottled water.
So, I believe this is a good Wawa location.

Cigarettes trail all the way to the front door.
You have to fill your own gas because Mr lazy employee doesn’t want to get off his chair. He’s too busy watching movies on his tablet.
