Ordered a roast beef sub just before 11am today with cucumbers and this is what they give me. There’s no reason why this wasn’t thrown out instead of making my sandwich with it. Does anyone look or care about the food they are preparing ??? This location is consistently one of the worst I’ve been to.

Daniel is one of the best fuel associates I have met at Wawa. He is always respectful and helpful every time I stop by. He was very nice to the customer and made sure they felt taken care of. He keeps the area clean and he pays attention to every person who pulls in. He is quick to offer help and he makes sure people get what they need without any stress. His attitude is positive and he works hard even during busy hours. You can tell he takes pride in his job. Every visit feels smoother when he is on shift. Wawa is lucky to have someone like Daniel working for them. Daniel if you are reading this thank you very much, (I’m the customer you helped with the bald tires)

They hung up on me after I asked you they sell grapes and I was gonna ask what other food they sell because it’s my kids birthday and he really likes grapes. And he is he has diabetes and it’s one of the things that keeps his blood sugar in a good area.

Wawa’s employees are incredible; their diligence, speed and quality of customer service in general is unmatched. I know this because for about 3 months during the first few weeks of the pandemic they would give us, The Salvation Army if Union City, 120 sandwiches everyday so that we could give them out to hundreds of needy people coming to our soup-kitchen. Although these sandwiches were being donated the way the employees prepared them was like for a king. Thank you WAWA!

I stopped to get breakfast since I forgot mine from home. Their food selection consists of odd assortment of combinations. I wanted a simple egg and cheese which they did not have. I customized one of their sandwiches to make the egg and cheese and the prep person removed the cheese and added extra bacon for some reason. The original sandwich before I customized it didn’t even contain bacon. It took a very long time to get my correct order as the prep people kept on fulfilling other orders. The sandwich was awful and cost $4. I do not recommend this microwaved junk. On a positive note the cashiers are very nice and friendly.

I went in for a cup of coffee this morning. The most amazing wonderful staff I have ever seen employed by Wawa is at this location. My coffee with a double shot of espresso was prepared Devine. Outside of the coffee the attention to detail from the front of the house cashiers to the back of the house, especially the blond and dark hair gentleman you will see pictured below. Those two are the reason I am sitting in my car out side of this location before I drive off to make sure there willingness to assist customers with a smile on their faces is noticed. And to WAWA corporate you extremely lucky to have those two as a part of your team. This establishment is out of my way so I don’t visit it often… however I will be making the trip to visit them more often. FANTASTIC. TURNED MY RAINY DAY INTO A LOVELY DAY. THANK YOU
