A SUPER HUGE Thank You to Kevin for going ABOVE & BEYOND to give me and my husband a wonderful experience. I come here often and I don’t really encounter many Wawa employees with so much enthusiasm and eagerness to help and serve the community. I wish this location stayed open 24 hours cause I would definitely come here instead of the Orange location.

This is my go-to wawa for sure! Anytime I go there , very often the staff are very friendly and cheerful. The only place I’ve come across in a long time where everyone working has such a positive attitude and makes for a very good atmosphere. I love the vibes here, and the food doesn’t disappoint! They always pack my sandwiches and it is always FILLED. My drinks are super delicious, and always on point. They are very clean and I definitely would recommend for friends and family to come here.

Customer service needs improvement. The person working the mobile pick up area, was overwhelmed (unsure why as there was only 2 people waiting) and frustrated and, appeared as if they did not want to be bothered. Dropped a couple of F bombs while preparing the orders and it just wasn’t appropriate when you think about professional customer service. My pre-ordered hot beverage was served to me in a cup that was stained due to the preparer, not changing their gloves and had chocolate and coffee all over it. I had to go and request a new beverage and they offered a new cup which They stained from their gloves. I don’t know what it is about the hires (all seem pretty young!!!) at this particular Wawa location, but there’s always something whether it’s with the customer service or the food. I really wish there was another one nearby because I would frequent that location more often as I do like the WaWa franchise, but the Belleville location needs to do better

I absolutely love this Wawa and it definitely doesn’t hurt that. It’s like a mile from my home. I’ve been meaning to leave a review but now I have an actual really great story to share so I was craving their caramel milkshakes. I ordered two on Uber eats along with some chips and brownie. My health is not great And the drink is supposed to be supplemented for a meal as I don’t eat so well I received a call after the order was filled from my number. I did not recognize. I answered it and it ended up being the manager at Wawa telling me my Uber driver forgot my drinks so I went ahead and messaged the driver to let him know he refused to turn around and get them, which is fine but today I ordered, and when I saw the bag, I chuckled because I know it has to be the same gentleman. I spoke to two days ago! It’s nuts but something as simple as a drink can really change somebody’s day You guys go above and beyond every day working with the public every employee there deserves a raise although I know that’s not possible they do deserve some form of admiration from management. This made my day!!!! Thanks again! LOVE MY LOCAL WAWA!!!!
