The food was horrible. There was absolutely no seasoning on anything—the jerk turkey wings, rice, and cabbage were all completely tasteless. There was nothing “jerk” about this meal; it seemed like they just baked plain meat and broiled it to brown the top. It literally felt like eating air. Even the gravy had no flavor. Overall, a major disappointment. Don’t waste your money.

First time coming in, and I decided to order something safe just in case it wasn’t good. I ordered the stew chicken and it was horrible. The chicken taste a little old and it was dry. And the sauce didn’t have any flavor to it. I also got the rice and peas and the rice was hard and old. The plantain tasted old as well and not hot. After reading the other reviews, I wish I would’ve read reviews before I even went. I literally trashed my plate after a few bites.

So delicious! We had the jerk turkey wings and fried fish. Everything was good and fresh. I got a huge portion with my dinner serving of turkey wings which were fantastic. The rice and peas were tasty. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this spot. It was easy to find and worth the drive for GREAT Caribbean food.

Bad experience for sure!! Walking in the door, the server seem like she had no energy and did not want to be at work.

I asked for the Brown Stew snapper with a side of bread, fruit, and okra And she wouldn’t sell it to me because she said they didn’t sell sides of okra that it didn’t come with my fish !!!!! Said that she would have to call the owner to see if they could sell it to me as a side! Like what the hell! To lose a customer Buying a $20 piece of fish over a scoop of Okra is wild!!! Crazy work!

I am sad to say I tried this restaurant once, and I will not be returning because the food tasted so disgusting that I threw it in the trash. $17 wasted for jerk turkey wings with rice and peas because not only was it inauthentic, it tasted like a days old leftovers. If you love Jamaican food this is not the restaurant for you…find a better restaurant if you want good tasting food.

Every time I come in I get the jerk turkey, white rice and oxtail gravy. Which is amazing. But today I went in and got white rice and oxtail. Best meat I’ve ever put in my mouth. Succulent, juicy the seasoning is on point. I definitely have been missing out. If you have never tried this place you absolutely have to try it there are so many different choices the food is absolutely to die for. You will not be disappointed

This place has no prices, no menu nothing on display at all. You have to ask the price for each and ANY menu item and the rude lady just just makes up a price. Whatever comes to the top of her head is what you will be charged. Not a professional way to run a business. Your prices should be ON DISPLAY and included on a menu.

We stopped here because we were in the area. For starters, there’s no prices listed. Not a single menu in sight.
Secondly, she asked if we wanted extra gravy. Should’ve known it was to cover the “oldness” of the rice. Oxtails, cabbage, rice & peas all taste very old. $26 for a small plate. Including the plantains. They should cook lesser food to make enough for a fresh batch the next day. Will not recommend. We asked for an empty plate, the cashier stated “I’ll have to charge you for a plate.” Check ya attitude. Giving a single plate to a paying customer shouldn’t be too hard. Even if it was a small one.
