One of the few places that I felt comfortable changing my daughter in the mens room. Signage could be better when walking in the Hidle House lobby to direct customers to the basement. Otherwise service and atmosphere was excellent cocktails were tasty and affordable. A soup of the day would be nice for winter months and ran out of pickles for my bloody Mary but will Definitely will be back to try it again

Waves was a great lunch spot on our last day in Green Lake. The delightful staff had us quickly seated on the patio, ensuring we and our pup were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals while enjoying the live music. All this against the serene view of Green Lake immediately south of our table made for a quite lovely lunch experience.

Pretty great place tbh. It’s one of the few places nearby that we can go and get a semi-healthy salad/ veggie heavy sandwich or meal. Everything at nearby pubs are all deep fried and so sweet I can’t eat it. But waves had options and I really appreciate that. And you can’t beat the view.
The portions were good if not a little small for the price but with the economy now a day, I guess that’s the norm. The potato dippers were realllyyyy good! All the cocktails were too sweet to order unfortunately.
I think it’s funny how many people couldn’t get through the gate to the outside seating area and had to be told to go inside first, that’s just silly.

If I could put 100 + stars on this review I would. My family and I are eating here on our first Friday here. My mom and I ordered the 4 piece cod plate. And the cod is nice and warm and krispy and not greasy at all. The tarter sauce is definitely homemade along with the potato salad. The coleslaw taste like my great grandmother’s recipe. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

Their cocktails were great! Highly recommend their dirty martini or old fashioned. Decent selection of craft beers. Pretzel bites with nacho cheese were delicious. Can’t beat the view and the fire pit was perfect when it got chilly at night. They also had live music on the Friday and Saturday I was there.

We came for the Friday fish fry had the perch plate and bluegill. The bluegill was more like fish chip or fish jerky, dry and chewy. The perch was also very dry and flavorless. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

The perfect outdoor atmosphere with an amazing view of the lake, good live music, fire pit, great food and service. Recommend the cheese pizza, burger, cheese curds, and any beer! Lot of green space and a pier to walk around as well as the sun goes down. Even inside they have TVs with sports on so you can catch whatever game is on. Love spending summer nights here!
