If you’re looking for a place with amazing food and desserts, this spot is it. The menu has tons of options, and they also offer daily specials, so there’s always something new to try. But the real star? The baked goods. Pies, cookies, cinnamon rolls—you name it, they’ve got it, and it all looks incredible. Prices are reasonable too, which is always a bonus. The staff are friendly and super attentive, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just a sweet treat, this place hits all the right notes. The cozy vibe and variety of options make it a spot I’ll definitely keep coming back to. Seriously, don’t skip the cinnamon rolls—they’re amazing!

The best chicken & noodles!! Comfort food at reasonable prices & the best pies, cakes, cookies & sweet treats. Love that this place has been around for over 100 years. Great place to take a small group. Service is always friendly & there are SO many things on the menu. Lots of unique side dishes too. Chicken & noodles & pies are why we come back so often though. Thanks Watt’s!

Thank you to our server Laina and another young lady that assisted I didn’t get her name.
The slaw dog was good. It came with cheese, slaw, onions and a bag of chips.
We ordered a side of fries and the Dutch apple pie to go.
The space is large with so many delicious looking desserts. The food menu is very large.
I didn’t see any vegan options on the menu.

I love the home-y casual atmosphere of Watt’s. The service was friendly and efficient. Cathy, our waitress, took great care of us. This is definitely good, old fashioned, home style cooking. There were 5 in my group. We all had different meals, from a salad, to fish, to pasta, to pork chops, which we each enjoyed. There’s a great selection of freshly baked, pies, cookies, cakes, etc. The cinnamon buns are particularly fantastic. There’s also a fun selection of nostalgic candy.

The food was excellent. The prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was family friendly. But the service was outstanding. Cathy was our server and fulfilled so many of our needs before we ever had to ask. We had our 3-year-old grandson with us which added extra demands. Cathy’s experience showed as she anticipated every one of them. She delightfully interacted with him which kept him happy and enabled the rest of us to fully enjoy our dining experience. Watt’s Restaurant is truly a treasure of Licking County.

My family came to Watts after visiting Brown Farmstead. The food was outstanding, I enjoyed the home cooked flavor and effort put into my dinner. I had the chicken pot pie and candied yams. I also took home some apple pie. The crust was my favorite part, delicious. The sweet tea was amazing. Cathy, our server was very kind and friendly. She took very good care of our large group and was always courteous. All in all, I very much enjoyed my dinner at Watts and I would recommend stopping if you’re ever in Utica. Thank you to the manager who we also had the pleasure of meeting. We had a great time and an even better meal! (:

While visiting the restaurant we were visiting with our server Theresa who was delightful. While visiting we shared with her that our grandmother Stella worked at the restaurant in the early 50’s. Our father and Theresa were sharing the history of the establishment. Thank you for allowing my father the opportunity to reminisce. What a wonderful experience with our family sharing memories. Thank you for everything!

OMG. Ive been to this place numerous times. IT NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!! There are so many options to choose from. I had the salmon patties and my friend had the Swiss steak. So delicious. Laina was our server and was the best. On a scale of 1 to 10, this gem of a diner is a 1 million!

Come here just for the nostalgia! It opened in 1912, and is still going strong! I had the liver and onions, and hubby had the cabbage rolls. Both were huge portions, and each entree comes with 2 sides. But the star of the show here was our server, Theresa. She was amazing! She provided the best service we’ve ever had at any restaurant in Ohio. What more can I say? Thanks Theresa!
