This restaurant is located in the hotel. Great view to the water. A lot of afterwork gatherings. Was disappointed with the food.
Friend Calamari was oily and so little, the burger was supposed to be medium instead of medium rare but it was DELICIOUS, Cobb salad was a fraud-chicken was dry, couldn’t find the bacon just sad! Dessert crumbled was so watery my gosh! I would go back for the burger for sure.

This restaurant is a waste of prime real-estate inside the Grand Bay Hotel. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon, with floor to glass ceilings, and it could’ve been so much more. But with pretty much frozen food thawed, slow and poor service, and just no regards for any type of passionate cooking, the place has no chance of survival other than it being part of the hotel.
How do you cook a sunny-side-up egg where you’ve over burnt the whites and overcooked the yolk? How do you serve pancakes that have clearly been not made fresh, if made at the kitchen at all, that textures like cardboard? Oh the bacon was so sandy, hard, and dusty that you could’ve found it in a museum mummy.
The fresh-made scroffle (croissant dough in a waffle form) was perhaps the only edible thing that surprised us to be quite good. Except it took ages to serve. We were nearly done with all the other food before it arrived.
Only reason why I’m not giving it 1-star is that our kids had fun with the outdoor pingpong table next to the restaurant and we took a good stroll alongside the lagoon.

I just tried to order a snack off the 2-5pm menu.
I have enjoyed eating here so far the food is of really good quality and portion size. However my experience just now has made me give a poor rating , would be 1 star based on the service just experience alone. Took ages to be seated and then the staff were discussing management issues out loud and totally ignored me. I had to request to place an order a few times, (proved difficult to get their attention even though they were right near me!). There were a few other floating staff too, doing nothing, just ignoring me. It was quiet too. At the end I decided to walk away as they couldn’t be bothered to take my order! They lost my custom! Feel very disappointed!

Salmon was great as is the burger always. Lamb was a bit overcooked (I wanted medium) but it was still tender and delicious!

Very nice indoor and outdoor dining inside a hotel. Great service, fairly good food selection, tasty drinks. Dog friendly inside and out!

Showed up wanting to eat outside , was told no . That’s fine but then told to choose whichever table we wanted then chastised for picking a nice table in the sun with our party of four. And then after choosing our table and told told to ignore the reserve sign just set their to discourage parties of two we were given some attitude for the table we chose.
I know our group is kind of an odd bunch but the vibes weren’t kind until we started ordering. We like to eat well so money isn’t an issue. But I could def see the change in attitude once we started ordering which is a bit of a disappointment. Just be nice to customers regardless , especially when we are kindly asking questions and trying to be respectful of the place.
Anyways the food was alright. Appetizers of the fish tacos and flatbread were delicious.
Mahi was a touch tasteless. Although nice presentation.
The final let down was the gratuity added to the ‘large party’
As a server and avid traveler ,never have I ever charged or been charged large party for a table of 4.
