I had breakfast at this restaurant every single morning during my stay, and I can honestly say that each visit was not just good, but truly wonderful. The service is incredibly pleasant, the selection of dishes is excellent, and the staff really do everything they can to make guests feel satisfied and welcomed.
To those who write negative reviews — perhaps it’s worth reflecting on your own behavior or attitude toward others. My experience was consistently positive, and I genuinely felt cared for every day.
A special thank-you to the lady who came over every time I was here to ask if everything was okay — your kindness truly made my mornings better.
Thank you! Everything was great!

This is buffet only for breakfast. No more ala carte as some of the pictures imply. Lots of options to choose from but most of the hot food wasn’t crispy or fresh tasting. Waffles were soggy, chicken not crispy, egg rolls soft, etc. The omelet station was good but that’s as fresh as it got. For $30 a person I would expect made to order waffles or pancakes. A lot of items weren’t refilled timely. I suggest the breakfast at 787 instead.

Visited for breakfast only. The buffet was expansive with some good cooked to order dished (omelette were excellent). Fruit selection was a little small and the prices were high. But our server was lovely.

The buffet was great. It was tasty and many options were there. Put your stuff on beach first then go there so you can swim faster or relax faster after.

The service is OK, the food is OK. If you’re staying at the resort, it’s convenient for breakfast and lunch, but I don’t recommend it for dinner. There are better restaurants on site.

Had both dinner and breakfast. Food in both was really good, but the service was extremely slow. For dinner, took the about an hour to get us our food. For breakfast, we arrived at 10am, some of the items on the buffet were already out, and were not restocked.
Dinner prices were ok, but the wait was unreasonable.

I got a very dry porchetta piece, mostly skin and fat. Risotto was a very unappetizing green color that was flavorless and dry around the edges of the plate. I sent it back and they offered free dessert but this was also disappointing—tiramisu was overly sweet and cloying.

Breakfast buffet was good and the service at breakfast was very friendly. This is where Globalist eat breakfast at the Hyatt location. The selection was not as big as some other Regency or Grand locations but they did have good quality.
The buffet is changed slightly each day so that you don’t see the same food each day of your stay.

We brought our family for breakfast on our week-long visit to the area. Given the lack of availability we were unable to stay on property. However, as Hyatt colleagues (employees) we expected we’d be given the same courtesy and discount as every other Hyatt we’ve stayed at worldwide. And so we informed our server that we were colleagues and she told us that she would fetch her manager. Now, as a franchise they were apparently not beholden to the rules and policies of every one of those other locations. The “service” we received was slow and mediocre at best. Our server was hard to find, flippant and dismissive, we had to get half our place settings elsewhere and our youngest didn’t even receive his beverage. Nor did she fetch the manager until the end of the meal when we had to ask again. The food offerings were lovely in thought, but the quality was terrible save two or three singular items. We were charged a “service fee” (automatic gratuity) on the bill, which we refused to pay. The food was offensively overpriced to boot! $25/person for stale, lukewarm, bland and underseasoned food?? Having our own company we recognize that our customers are our first priority and should be accommodated when we come up short. I understand the manager of this restaurant has obligations to fulfill, but I would expect her to have understanding and sensitivity for her guests and the authority to adjust as needed for extremely upset clientele at the very least. Where is the customer service?? ..the hospitality?? Are hotels and restaurants not the largest components of the hospitality industry anymore? Needless to say we will not be back. I am disappointed to say the least. My husband was outraged. I recommend you do your research before staying here.

Ordered a la carte, the two eggs breakfast is massive and worth the money. The oatmeal is also very good with large portion. The waffles are a bit too sweet but im sure others would enjoy. The yogurt looks beautiful with fruits and granola but the taste is just too bland. Don’t waste your time on drinks, none are fresh that i could tell.
