WatersCafe inside of Agua Caliente (Bob Hope Dr), I came in for the Thursday crab special. I received a nice portion of crab legs along with a couple of pieces of seasoned corn and potatoes. The crab was seasoned well, and the legs were a decent size. It also came with a choice of a garden salad or a chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Our server (Nayson???) was very nice and made sure we were taken care of quickly. There were other items on the menu that looked tasty. The restaurant was nice and clean and wasn’t too crowded. Overall it was a good experience and I would come back… especially for crab night!!

Waters Cafe has a good menu of tasty meals, from the all day breakfast choices to the lunch and dinner entrees. They have good daily specials that do not disappoint. We eat at the Waters every time we come to Rancho Mirage. Ample parking, friendly staff and a very clean environment make the Agua Caliente Resort in Rancho Mirage a great destination to getaway and have fun.

We stayed at Agua for 3 days…we ate exclusively at Watters and The Steakhouse. All the servers were excellent…but, we adored our time with Edson and Russ…very professional and entertaining!!! All food and drink choices were phenomenal…no need to leave the property… We will be back in November…can’t wait!

Went last night. So disappointed because it used to be a great place to eat. Ordered shaved prime rib sandwich suppose to come with creamy horseradish sauce and picked up sandwich , either the cook did not wipe down the plate or the au jus spilled on the way to the table making the bun a wet sponge and inedible. Totally gross. No one wants to pick up a sandwich and eat wet bread . Asked does creamy horseradish right away. I had to ask another maybe just once maybe twice but by the time the server got around to getting that the creamy horseradish sauce the prime rib was no longer hot inside the sandwich. Ordered their classic shrimp spegghetti which is always a great dish to go, and it wasn’t even close to the way they used to make it. The shrimp was coated or was coated in some type of bread and what happened to the garlic? Couldn’t taste it and just tasteless. I stopped a young guy on my way out asked him if he was the manager he said yes I told him about my dinner he said well I’m new. AND WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING? Aqua you guys are A+in so many areas, what are you guys doing now just hiring bodies that breathe ? You go to the front desk they know you by name even if I dont know them. So professional your events are always delicious the steakhouse can’t be beat. What did I do, go to Denny’s last night? I mean this young new managers answer just pissed me off, i that I told him I won’t be back. He shrugged could care less.

Our server was great. We went to Waters Cafe especially for the Prime Rib. We went before and it was wonderful. This time it was terrible. My husband and I both ordered prime rib Medium. His was medium but 1/2 of it was fat. Mine was well done almost no fat. Very disappointed.

1st of all….. SHOUT OUT……. to the bartenders (Jesse, Aaron, Rafael and Wes) Quick story time…I went to celebrate my 45th birthday by booking a facial for my mom, sister and myself. I had extra time and we went and enjoyed a few drinks at different bars in the casino, but these guys made me feel so happy and better about turning 45. Jesse just FYI if it hadn’t been for you I wouldn’t have had a cake. Thank you!!! The drinks were good as well and the appetizers were delicious. To the manager David..thank you for being so welcoming.
