The Waterline is an adaptive reuse project located in an expansive industrial warehouse property in Santa Barbara’s burgeoning Funk Zone. Originally built on the rubble of the historic 1925 earthquake, over the ensuing 90 years the property has been home to a bevy of industrial uses before being freshly re-envisioned by Miramar Group as a community-centric destination for food, beer and wine and works and wares created by local artisans and skilled craftspeople. All local, all personally invested in Santa Barbara and all providing the highest quality products, come enjoy Lama Dog Tap Room and Bottle Shop, Topa Topa Brewing Co., the Nook by Master Chef Norbert Schulz, Blair Fox Cellars, Fox Wine Co., and Shops @ Waterline.
Cool, industrial-style hangout with multiple vendors of craft beer & wine, plus a restaurant.

The Nook has wonderfully inspired food.
Fox wine is our all time favorite. We are wine club members… Lama Dog is a great place to hang out with wine on tap while eating our Salmon Salads and Crab Cakes at The Nook.
Great French Fries and burgers too!
We love the atmosphere of shopping while sipping our wine as well!
