First time here. Was originally drawn due to the location and the gorgeous lakefront view. Then it all went downhill with the slow service and issues when checking out. I would recommend whoever owns this place to hire more staff (there were probably a handful of workers on a Saturday) and to train them better. I wasn’t impressed and sadly won’t return unless things change.

Our group of friends came into Mary’s celebrating for a bachelor party. We docked very quickly and easily. We were welcomed with a friendly manner as we walked in. Service was quick as we were seated right away. We ordered 8 mai tais which were quickly mixed up and poured into cups garnished with cherries and limes. Highly recommend. Will be back

The food and cocktails were good and they had live music which added to the atmosphere for sure. It’s also right on the lake so definitely a nice spot.
Our party did think that the service was lacking. We asked for tap waters and for bottle refills (having just biked all the way from Worcester) but this was refused with no reason given, which we thought was odd. The food also took rather longer than expected.
Overall, it was a mixed experience, and we’re definitely going to be checking out other spots before coming back here.

Very informal place but great place to have drinks on a nice summer day as there is outdoor seating with a small tiki bar and they have a person singing who was very good the day we went..we did not order food but I did see some dishes and it did not look like anything special. Would say food is average Fairly limited menu. It was nice having drinks so close to the water. Beautiful views of the lake. Recommend for drinks and if you want basic apps and food.

First time ever at Waterfront Mary’s on Webster Lake in Webster, Massachusetts. Oh my! My wife and I sat outside on the water in the gazebo. It was a beautiful sunny day with ducks floating by us, and a little girl customer feeding the fish with food from a free dispenser. Our brick oven cheese, tomato, basil pizza was DELICIOUS. The young lady waitress was happy and fun. We talked about our motorcycles while ordering. There are also 5 extended aluminum docks for those arriving by sea. Why the “Oh my?” Waterfront Mary’s is a must visit eatery. You will enjoy a by the sea experience experience and the food is excellent.

I walked in, someone greeted me and asked to find any available seating outside. I waited at least 20 min. and was finally given a menu. Waited at least 15min. To have my order taken and be informed they’ve run out of Fish….I order just a bowl of Chowder and a drink and continue the waiting game for another 15-20min. Needless to say, this is the FIRST time I have ever had to walk out of an establishment. Can’t rate the food or drinks because I never got to experience it, I should’ve read the reviews prior to.

Ordered 3 different times at lunch. Didn’t have any of them. Informed place of a bees nest next to customers half hour later nothing done about it. Waitress was very nice. Would not go back
