Stopped here on our way to Buffalo and so glad we did! Food was awesome, and our server Susan was so nice and made us feel welcome! Good, tasty American fare – I had the garlic white pizza (add mushrooms!); my spouse had the meatball on garlic bread, and my kid had the cheeseburger. Easy access off the highway, free parking, a great place to stop. I bet in the summer the outdoor patio is nice (we were here in January). Wish we lived closer!

Went here for lunch with friends while visiting Central NY. It’s casual with a pleasant atmosphere along the canal. The service was good – friendly and helpful. The food was mixed – a steak salad was very good (a bit pricey but beef is everywhere). A Ruben sandwich was not so good – minimal meat and toppings. The waitress intervened and made an effort to fix the problem. Chicken sandwich was good, but small. The french fries were excellent. Overall a nice stop with friends but not a place to frequent.

The food is the best in the northeast, get off exit 30, and go straight….you will love me forever for this advice! Make sure you order the calamari, Ceasar salad is to die for! The owner comes by to make sure you’re happy, and the Chloe has to be one of the top five bartenders within the three counties! So come for the food, stay for the drinks!

This was a pretty cool find along the river! The food pretty good! It is causal lunch spot. The sweet potato and regular fries were great and the ranch was good! The chicken, bacon cesar salad was fresh and tasty. Will visit again to try a burger!

Delicious food. I’ve never seen scallops so big! The shrimp were also huge too. I love that it’s right on the river. Great atmosphere and good service. We had a group of 10 of us without a reservation. We experienced Quick Service none the less. And the waitress let us do Separate Checks.

Stopped by for lunch on the way home from Syracuse. Beautiful views of the water from inside. Fresh fish sanwich was great. French fries presented in stainless steel basket. Good sized portions. Food ooked better and tasted better than the picture shows. Glad we stopped in.

First and foremost, all the positive reviews are lies. They either know the owners or don’t have working tastebuds.. All of the food was just not good, either premade junk or just no flavor. And usually when you have a kid they try to get their food out as quickly as they can but no such effort was made here, we all waited close to an hour. And it was not that busy. The salads had literally one slice of cucumber and one wedge of tomato, I don’t expect side salads to be loaded up but really? When we finally got our main food, we were all joking that they must have used the tomato and onion for my burger instead of the salads… but the laughing stopping when we got the bill and saw an extra $9 added on for lettuce, tomato and onion, mind you this was a FROZEN PREMADE BURGER PATTY that already cost $14 (it did come with small side of fries).
We asked the waitress about it and she said a lot of people get upset, that some of the staff think it’s ridiculous to charge that, and that the back adds on the extra charges for those items, not her. She took it off our bill, but then proceeded to tell us that other staff don’t charge for it sometimes but if she tries to do that she gets in trouble? And then also tried to say those charges are listed on the menu, which they were not!! She grabbed the menu and started looking for it herself and couldn’t find it, so then the story was that they just got new menus printed the day before. I don’t care if they did just get new menus, or even if the charges were listed on the menu, when taking our orders and specifically asking me if I wanted those items, it should have been stated they are going to try and charge you that much for toppings that normally come on a burger. Seriously tried to charge $23 for that. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Very busy on a Thursday night. There was a political function so it was probably the reason service was very slow. Coconut shrimp and Caesar salad were excellent.

Had the prime rib it was so full of fat and chewy the baked potato that they charge you 4.00 extra for was good, you can’t go by the menu on website it’s very old and they do not update the site. The server was very nice. Paying 35.00 for a prime rib that does not include a potato? Not worth the money. If you want a good prime rib I would look elsewhere. I was not impressed with this place
