I ordered a small cappuccino with oat milk. Unfortunately, Water Street lacks proper barista education on how to steam oat milk.
It was way too hot and not frothed at all. Maybe the oat milk was old, too.
Also… I don’t trust a coffee shop to serve cappuccino in a 12oz cup. That’s not a cappuccino. I also got a drip coffee, and the Ethiopian beans tasted good, but I think they don’t control the brew temperature, and the coffee was too hot.
I liked the atmosphere and service, but it seemed commercial.
I got Ethiopian natural beans, and these were delicious and well-balanced but with great fruity flavors, so kudos for their roasters.

I visited midday and there were just a handful of customers in the café. My friend and I ordered lattes and they didn’t have any mugs available and even asked if we could share a plate for our pastries. It’s not an upscale experience drinking out of a paper cup. I also try to limit my carbon footprint by not using disposable products.

Great little coffee shop. Parking can be a little bit tricky. I love that they have XL coffees. I ordered the Dolce de Leche. It was really good. It could have been a little bit more caramely. But I really like caramel.

I ordered the dill and egg sandwich add bacon and a carmel latte the order process was efficient and fast but I sat at the window waiting for 20 min with multiple staff members asking me what I was waiting for I regret leaving a tip the food was great but NEVER do drive thru they are horrible just have time to go inside and wait drive through service needs to get worked on immediately .

The service was very nice and professional. The salad was amazing. The smoothie was very good. They have a wonderful selection of pastries, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and desserts. All is homemade and locally produced.
The dining room was clean and very popular.
The bathroom was clean and stocked.
