I have to say i had a great first experience getting breakfast with my niece for a quick bite before starting our day. I heard about the place And had to give it a try. The staff was really nice and everything. I had that bacon and on a poppy seed bagel she had the same. I have to say this was delicious i like how they cooked the eggs. it wasn’t scrambled like other places make em. New favorite spot for bacon and eggs bagels. It almost Reminds me of NYC bacon and eggs bagel but this isy opinion. It does get busy and it takes a little long to get it but i enjoyed the food.

I waited 20 minutes for the wrong order. I ordered a classic with sausage, I also drove 20 minutes back home with the wrong order. Oh and I tipped for the friendly service, everyone was pleasant even though the customer volume was so high. How do I go about getting refunded for my order, due to your volume of business I can’t get through on the phone and have no intent on driving 20 minutes back to Syracuse.

My boyfriend and I stopped at Water Street Bagel for breakfast. Many of our friends had recommended it to us, and we were excited to taste their many bagel options. I ordered the Super Veggie on a sesame bagel, and my boyfriend got a sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagels were alright, a bit stale and not as warm or toasted as I would have wished. The place was packed and we waited a bit before getting a place to sit. I would recommend ordering online, picking the bagels of, and eating them at home.

I was recommended this place by my coworkers. I am new to the area, originally from down state NY. This was the best bagel I’ve ever had in my life. The lines are long and the place is packed for a reason – definitely worth the wait. I will definitely be back many more times. Definitely a must have! 11/10!

Whoever is reading this needs to go check out Water Street Bagel Co right now! Their food is absolutely out of this world delicious. Today for lunch, I ordered the Clark (Thinly sliced rare roast beef, Adam’s Reserve NY State sharp cheddar cheese, red onion and house made horseradish mayo) on a Kümmelweck bagel with the additions of bacon and black pepper. You won’t be disappointed in the bagels by themselves or with a sandwich. The Kümmelweck bagel has an incredibly soft pillowy inside with a crisp exterior all wrapped together with the herbaciousness of the caraway seed complementing each delectable bite taken out of this beautifully balanced sandwich.

Definitely the best bagel place in Syracuse. Great variety of classic bagels (poppy, sesame, etc.) and other great combinations like salt and pepper(‘s here). Plenty of vegan options like the spicy vegan (personal fav). VERY popular on the weekends, so budget time or place an order online. Good outdoor seating when the weather is fair as well!

The person that took my order was really nice, even complimented my name . Ordered an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was fresh, but the cream cheese didn’t have much flavor, I could see the jalapeño but it didn’t taste like much. They have a lot of tasty looking menu items so I’ll definitely go back again.

Sophia and her team are nothing short of amazing each time! I have become a frequent visitor of Water St Bagel over the last couple of months and it’s safe to say I’m hooked. Anytime I mention to someone I’m going there they are immediately complimenting how good it is. Not only is the food amazing but the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. They are always packed but always manage to keep your wait to a minimum. I am forever going to be a loyal customer and I suggest if you are looking for a bagel shop in the Cuse you check them out!
