Fantastic place to get your water, all kinds of water you can think of.

But first, I’ll review on the ice-cream, shaved iced, fruit freeze. They are amazing and even the ‘small’ is a large in most other dessert places. The ice-cream is Gunthers, and their shaved ice are massive! The quality is amazing as you can imagine at the place the takes water seriously.

If you are the area and want some cold dessert, this is definitely the spot to be.

Now in terms of the water, I spoke with Juan the owner, and his is 100% passionate about water. He talked about alkaline water, hydrogen infused water, and how Japan is at the forefront of medical-used waters. Very interesting and it’s cool to meet someone so passionate about his work.

I’ve never seen a water store so popular before, so definitely check out the place, and have a chat with Juan and learn the benefits of hydrogen infused water! Enjoy.

I’ve been a weekly customer here, regularly refilling my water bottles, and I’ve always had a great experience. Parking is convenient, and I’ve never had any issues. Everyone who works here is helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. I always feel welcomed the moment I walk in. Sometimes I leave with more than I came for — and I’ve never regretted it. Whether it’s a product recommendation or just a great conversation, this place adds real value to my day. I’m so thankful to have a business like this in my community!

I had been recommended by a friend and they use this equipment to purify their water and it has helped me with my health problems. All the products they use their is for good gut health. It’s my good to place, it’s my home away from home spot. It’s a great place from liquid shakes, ice creams and so forth.

Super kind workers, delicious shaved iced. Nice they have “natural” syrups and Gunther’s ice cream. Plenty of parking and some covered outdoor seating.

Even though Water and Salt has been around since 2011, this place is still a hidden gem. I am from Southern California and coming across an establishment that actually does shave ice the right way and has the correct consistency, and flavor is super rare. So when I tell you that Water and Salt make a phenomenal shave ice, i’m not saying that lightly. I felt right at home on the Islands of Hawaii.

just happen to take a detour per Google maps because of traffic on I-80 while passing through Sacramento, and this place popped up as I searched for Snow Cones for my son. Friendly staff, great flavors for Snow Cone in a nice container, great coffee and ice cream too. A bit tidy place and gets crowded quickly, but then they are quick to serve too. Decor is pretty nice and parking is easy.

Holy shambolies! I tried the Bulletproof mocha today and WOW! When I was visiting Los Angeles in 2019, Bulletproof cafes and coffees are very popular there. I remember seeing people drinking their coffees and eating their food everywhere, so I just had to give it a try here. It is so nice that this is offered in West Sacramento since it is a specialty high-end health item. It is the best coffee I think I have had in years. I got it with grass-fed organic milk and added monk fruit for sweetness. Not only is this extremely healthy, but it is very delicious. This is our second time here and my children absolutely cannot stop talking about the shaved ice. You have to try the natural banana flavor. It is very yummy and super refreshing. I love that this unique business is just on West Capitol avenue. I had driven by numerous times and always wondered about it. Decided to stop by with my kids and the Hawaiian shaved ice is amazing. You really have to try the natural banana flavor. Wow! I also had a much latte with organic whole milk, which was refreshing, but keep in mind it does taste different than your traditional latte. They also have Gunther’s ice cream, traditional coffee drinks (they process their coffee in an exceptional way), smoothies, Hawaiian shaved ice, and other many natural health aides, including CBD oils.

I’m slightly ashamed to own the fact that I had Miss This Little Gym with my 10 years in West Sacramento but happy to have discovered it today they welcome me in with open arms and Beautiful Smiles more than happy to guide me through their many Selections and varieties my pictures don’t do this place Justice. Such a cozy and comforting interior with that rustic Edge it takes you back the staff are proud of what they do and very much should be I will be back can’t wait to spread the word and if you have not been please give a try well worth the stop.

Love buying high quality purified alkaline water here (I bring my own 5 gallon jug) – they also let you buy purified water only for $0.50 a gallon. Better value & higher quality water than at grocery stores.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I am constantly telling people about it, going on and on about how amazing their icees are, and people think I’m exaggerating, until they go there. I don’t get water there, but there is always at least a few people filling their jugs, and the owner can tell you everything you didn’t even know there was to know about water. I have heard him discuss the benefits of all the variations, and so much more. But like I said, I go there for the icees. I refer to them as the cotton candy of snow cones. They have an amazing texture that I have not found anywhere else. Hot or cold days, it doesn’t matter, you want one of these. Also, have you ever tried to freeze a slurpee or snow cone? There’s no point, cause they suck when you pull them out. But with these, you can freeze your leftovers and it comes out of the freezer exactly the same! Arguably, the most important part is that the flavor is amazing from the first bite to the last. They are magical, I’m telling you. You will not regret trying one.
