Karen and her fellow coworkers are awesome bartenders! Super friendly, makes great drinks, and creates such a fun and welcoming vibe at the Waterhole Pub. I didn’t have a chance to try the food but the great service ,and the recently updated atmosphere really made this a fun dive bar experience! Definitely will be back!

If you are not a regular forget about this place!! We decided to come here for some drinks being that the brewery down the street was packed. I have heard they have new owners and I haven’t been here in about two years. There were 5 of us so we got a table close to the bar. When the server finally came to get our order I find out that two of the rums I would have liked they don’t have or are out of. Ok no big deal so I settled for something else. When we finally got our drinks that’s when service went out the window.
When they came back so we can get another round only half our drinks showed up and they walked away. We had to call them back to get the rest of them. This happened every time, either they didn’t care or not experienced or both.
The regulars got what they wanted and I can understand that because they are regulars. They were more interested in shooting the shit with them then paying attention to everyone else.
I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK, so stay away if you count on getting good service.

If you aren’t looking for a dive bar you have come to the wrong place. We had read reviews about the locals and the service, decided to see for ourselves. There seemed to a be a big local group since it was bingo night but they were having a good time and we were treated with great, polite service. It was warm, good customer service and two pool tables to top it all off. We will be back.

I opened a tab and they “lost” my card. I would be more understanding if they admitted wrong and could give me an explanation onto what happened but they kept trying to interrogate me asking if I knew the persons card they had left in their so called tab system. The bartender said the manager was on the way. The manager showed up and said she wasn’t able to view the cameras of me handing over my card because it was her friends birthday. Then some random guy came over wrapped his arms around the so called manager and just laughed. This is the most deplorable business I’ve ever encountered. It needs to be shut down! They don’t care about anyone. I will also be taking my review to the better business bureau.

Was the first time going to this bar the other night. Even though there weren’t many people, me and my bestie had a blast. The bartender Kollyn was super nice and made good drinks. If you’re in the area I definitely suggest you stop by here!!

I stopped in last night for a drink. Sat at the bar ordred a drink. The bartenders are not nice. They walk by and never make eye contact or ask are you doing ok or do you need anything. They were not busy. I decided to play pull tabs and get another drink. When I finally got one of their attention and ordered. I played my pulltabs and I won. So I keep waiting to get someones attention. So finally I get my money. The gal that is usually so rude smiles because she wants a tip which of course I will when I leave. So I took a picture of the pull tab that I won from and sent it to a friend saying I just won. Well the bitchy bartender comes up to me and ask me did I take a picture of the other bartender and send it to someone and I said no. She said show me the picture on my phone. I said no you are not looking at my phone. She took my drink and made me pay for it and kicked me out of the bar. She said never come back. Oh no I am devastated lmao. These people are really ignorant. It is such a dive bar. The drinks weren’t good but it was on my way home.

The service was great. My bartender Danielle was very efficient taking care of everyone in the establishment. She was taking food, drink and pull tab orders very efficiently. I had the seafood platter it was good and plenty of food to take some home. All in all I had a great experience and would stop by again, maybe give the breakfast a try .

The service here is great. Especially considering how busy it gets at times. The folks here are quite personable. The food is consistent and seems to always be served quickly. Menu is a simple one. But definitely good stuff for a bar. Drinks are as steady as the flow of customers. Easy to feel like a regular here, even if you’re not. Karaoke is nightly, I believe. They pack em in too. Good crowd, great fun. Can’t say enough about the staff. All of them! Great customer service, clean, friendly and professional. I enjoy them all. (One in particular I’ve proposed to multiple times ) Yeah, it’ll never happen. I recommend the place. And do all the time. Maybe I’ll see ya there? I’ll be the guy near the bar, likely down on one knee!!
