Every visit feels special thanks to the incredible team, especially Kelly, Travis, Eric, and Brian, who always go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. The food is absolutely exceptional. The sushi-grade fish is unbelievably fresh and melts in your mouth with every bite, rivaling the finest spots in major cities. And the chicken and waffles are simply the best in Tampa perfectly crispy, tender, and bursting with flavor.

We headed over to Water + Flour to sip our way through their brand new mocktail + cocktail lineup — and let’s just say, they did not disappoint!
First up, the mocktails:
Blueberry Ginger Smash – muddled blueberries, lemon, and ginger beer for that perfect sweet + zingy combo.
Strawberry Iced Matcha & Lavender Foam Iced Matcha – dreamy, creamy, and the ultimate afternoon pick-me-ups.
Then came the cocktails:
Limoncello Spritz – bright, citrusy, and straight out of the Amalfi Coast.
Matcha Martini – smooth, lightly sweet, and perfectly balanced (and our favorite!)
The Jalapeña – a spicy-sweet mix with pineapple, lime, and a tajin rim that brings the heat.
And don’t forget to pair these drinks with their amazing food! ️
Our favorites were the Spinach Arancini — crispy risotto balls stuffed with homemade ricotta, spinach, and parmesan in a rich pomodoro sauce — and the Beet Me To It Salad with roasted beets, arugula, goat cheese, candied walnuts, and a light champagne vinaigrette.

We had a fantastic experience here! The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a relaxed meal. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A huge shoutout to the attentive staff who made us feel right at home with their excellent service. It’s rare to find such a great balance of quality food and fair pricing. We will definitely be returning soon—highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic food. I can’t believe this spot has been in Tampa since the 90s and I’m only just now discovering it.
The Parmesan fries are a must, the meatballs are packed with flavor, and the steak burrito was unforgettable.
The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the frozen rosé was the perfect complement. We did try the pizza, loved the sourdough flavor, though the crust was a little softer than expected for fire baked.
To finish, the tiramisu was a treat unlike any other and the perfect way to end the meal.
Overall, a solid 10/10. I’ll definitely be back.

Food is awesome! Service is top-notch! Shoutout to Megan for being an excellent server, all-around. Megan and the kitchen treated my food sensitivity like an allergy, they were very communicative + thorough, and Megan helped guide me to suitable options for my sensitivities. Even with shrimp + corn sensitivities, there are plenty of options for a meal.
I’ve also on a separate occasion had takeout from here; they give you reasonable expectations for timeframe, and have a text service which gives a heads up when your food will be ready in [either 5 or 10] minutes.

How cute! Casual, but excellent menu and food! Very much a Miami vibe as they describe it. Our server, Monica was great – so helpful – she went out of her way to serve us well. When we are back in Tampa we are certainly returning!

Went here for a work dinner and wow – super impressed! The sushi was amazing with lots of different options and varieties. It was a little on the pricey end, but not much more than other places. The inside is really cool and calming also. There is a decent amount of parking in front, and the restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. If you’re looking for a nice date spot or hangout, this is worth checking out. It’s a nicer spot but still casual vibes – which is dope.

Twas very very good. My server was very knowledgeable and made my solo dining experience very enjoyable. I ordered the truffle Parmesan fries, hot n sweet pizza, and the 3 cheese pasta. Everything was amazing but the fries were the star of the show.

I haven’t been since it was Ciccios but made it there last night and it was great! The happy hour drink options are abundant and well priced. The sushi is still delicious. I do recommend asking for double protein if you get a bowl though as the servings are small. Service was also excellent.
