had an absolutely fantastic experience with Washington Pizza in Washington, CT. Teddy, who first took our order, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I truly had no idea how much food to order, and he gave us a great estimate that ended up being absolutely perfect for our ceremony. He was extremely accommodating and empathetic, which made the entire process stress-free.
At the last minute, we needed to add more food, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was also so kind and helpful. The customer service all around was outstanding.
The food itself was delicious—every single person commented on how good it was. The prices are more than fair, especially for the quality and portion sizes.
This was our first time ordering from Washington Pizza, and we were beyond satisfied with the customer service, food quality, pricing, and overall experience. I’m honestly not sure what the few negative reviews are about—but if you look at the preview of the most recent bad review, it’s pretty clear that reviewer loves leaving one-star reviews. Sorry not sorry, Gabi! 😉
Huge thank you to Teddy and everyone at Washington Pizza. We will absolutely be back and will continue spreading the good word about this business.

My family has been eating Washington Pizza for the last 20 years! They are careful with Gluten free for us that have allergies! Their pizzas are awesome and packed! They keep us feed for 3 meals! Thank you Ted and Crew for keeping us full all these years! You guys rock!!!

Aye t̾e̾r̾p̾y̾fam ya guy slid up on Dubz PH with some frens because they insisted it was going to be good….was it?

In short YES!
Overall the joint isn’t much to look at, old school bench seats and a worn out jukebox are the decor but what the place lacks in charm it makes up for in taste!

Got a sausage/broccoli/garlic pie… lets just say this is a top end Greek style pie.
Loaded with toppings! And I mean they was a plus size model that pulled up to the table gents!…
the sausage is high quality (maybe lamberti’s) which is key, the broccoli and garlic elevated the whole thing and even though the sauce is on the sweet side it worked really well with the saltiness of the sausage.
The crust was the real star though…it held up all the way thru with zero flop! which is impressive for all the heft on top of it. Each bite had that transcendent crunch that’s just sooo satisfying!

Would def stop in again for another pie not gonna lie!!

I’m seriously shocked at the good reviews for this place. This was our first time here, we picked up pizza because we’re in Kent and there’s not much else, and it was pretty nasty. Frozen pizza would’ve been better. We got the “margarita” and it wasn’t made at all like a true margarita. They smeared what I assume is shredded mozzarella all over it, not chunks of fresh mozzarella like how it’s typically made, there was no real basil, and they put wayyy too much garlic on it. We could barely finish two pieces. The garlic bread was barely garlicky or toasted, just drowned in crappy cheese. Everything was so greasy. The crust was flavorless, it’s the type of crust you don’t eat. No thanks, CT has way better places.

Absolutely the best around ,like Ros in Oakville was in the 70s ,anybody who gives less than a 5 star rating would be the same ones who have to wake up in the morning complaining before they get out of bed, service is great and the pizza is consistently great while the quality of the products that goes into the pizza is the best !

Located in a sleepy town where everything appeared to close at 5pm this was 1 of 2 places open on a Saturday night. Appeared to be short staffed but were managing on a busy night. Waitress was welcoming and attentive for being the only one. Gluten free pizza was delicious and not anything like other pizzas had before (no cracker here!!) Would definitely come back if in the area again.
