One of my top sushi spots in PDX. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the price is great for the quality you get. The Treasure Island roll and Las Vegas roll are my personal favorites. The sushi donut is pretty good, though I wasn’t a huge fan of the sushi burrito. Nonetheless, I get those top two rolls (sometimes the wasabi roll) along with edamame, and I am more than satisfied.
When I lived across the street, I sometimes went 3x in one week. It’s that good.

I am in loooooove with Wasabi Sushi! I walked by and saw that they have the sushirritos and haven’t had one in years and knew it’s what I needed for lunch the other day. So. Delish. And spicy!
The edamame too are wonderful to snack on, and everything still tastes fresh the next day.

Best Place for Friday Pickup Food: My wife had the spicy tuna roll. I ordered it with no sesames since my wife is allergic to them. The attendant could not quite understand me when she asked if I wanted the spicy sauce since I said Yes and it came with none. Other than that it was great. I usually order the spicy tuna but decided to try the Las Vegas roll this time – tuna, jalapeño, cream cheese, cucumber – fried. It was good, but I will go back to my spicy tuna roll next time. It only took 5 minutes or so for the order. I recommend this as a great place to stop and pickup a light dinner to eat at home with a relaxing movie.

I received a sushi bowl from this place, but upon opening it, half of the bowl contained only rice with no fish. While the taste was good, considering the price paid, the portion without fish made it feel less worthwhile.

We were enticed by the great menu board to try something, wasn’t sure so we tried the SUSHI DONUT! I know go figure, sushi and donuts in the same breath!! However the idea and flavor missed it for us… just bland and no flavor but the presentation was spot on, I definitely think there is something there just need to work on FLAVOR!! But all in all I would go back and try something else!

Wasabi Sushi is a part of the Happy Valley Station Food Cart Pod. We tried two different sushi burritos, and they were awesome! $9 each. Ingredients were high-quality and delicious.

The food was fresh and the flavor was ok. I wasn’t impressed with the value of what I paid for. I ordered the Spider Crunchy and the Spicy Roll. Both were delicious for what they were but not really what I was expecting. The spider crunchy was supposed to have some fried softshell crab it in but it was very little. The spicy roll was good but wasn’t spicy in the least. For what I paid I really expected more. Fried softshell crab is one of my favorite things to order in a sushi roll.

Hot the crispy poke b-rito. Fish is wonderfully fresh and this was an interesting experience. I’ve never had a sushi burrito before, and especially one wrapped in rice krispies. The flavors all work and it is quite filling. Def do recommend.

It’s not the best sushi available, but it’s reasonably good and convenient. I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of their food. My issue is that they don’t seem very well organized. It’s happened frequently that my order will take 30 minutes or more to prepare during peak times. Today it appeared that my order ticket was lost altogether. I will still eat here, but during off times when they aren’t that busy.

While this use to be a favorite spot, the quality has really taken a dive.
The caterpillar role that came out was garbage. The rice was dry like it was old and the fill was way out of balance. The california roll was better, but still diminished from past.
I used to like them because of the large portions of fresh raw fish, while these two are not those. Hopefully they will be better next time.
