Picked up the spicy sushi box and a chicken onigiri for lunch and it was sooo good. Love how everything’s already prepared+fresh so it’s convenient when you’re in need of a quick bite. They also sell a variety of Asian drinks and snacks to complement the food.

Wanted to update my review from a few years ago. The food definitely got better so did the atmosphere! Really love the grab and go style. They have a wide variety of foods, both hot and cold, and a nice selection of beverages. Today I had the chicken katsu curry which was very good. When you need a quick lunch, this is definitely one of the top spots you can go to. Really love the layout of the seating area. It was a tad bit warm in the restaurant for my taste, but the seating outside in the hallway was definitely nice and cool. The staff was super friendly and nice.

Small and clean storefront. Challenging to find as it is hidden in the west concourse of the oculus. Fish was fresh but looked rather commercial and the rice lacked flavor. Portion was on the smaller size. There are other sushi stores in the area that are better for the price point.

Hot food items are delicious and will recommend that. For cold sushi rolls, not that great. It is a new store though.

You’re not gonna’ go out of your way to eat at Wasabi, but if you’re in an NYC transit station and you want Asian food or something that’s quick, easy, and light on guilt, this is your place. The prices are reasonable and their grab-and-go offerings are decent.

Great place for a quick bite, nice selections of rolls and sushis all packed in a bento box at a fair price. You can also have salads, misso soups, oniguiris, edamame, all just grab and go.

When you walked in, you felt like you’re a store in Tokyo and not in NYC. The store is very clean. It has authentic fresh made sushi and rice ball. Delicious donburi like Gyūdon, chicken katsudon, curry katsudon, etc. Oh, they also has two very clean unsex restrooms with fancy hand dryer built-in facets.

Efficient and clean service. A little pricey for lunch hour and sitting is often not available but still worth visiting for take out. They also carry Japanese sweets and unsweetened teas.

Affordable sushi, not really authentic compared to Japanese but it’s good enough though..

They have a lot of over the counter sushi’s that can save you time. They also have a customized section depending on your liking. The prices are similar to other sushi’s offered in nearby Japanese restaurants such as Blue Ribbon. Being a vegetarian, I like blue ribbon sushi’s a tad better. However, from a price perspective Wasabi is better.
