This place has great sushi! It’s well-made and doesn’t fall apart. The rainbow roll is generous as well as the spicy shrimp tempura style roll. Can’t wait to come back here and try more.
The only thing I was disappointed in was the miso soup. All the paste was left clumped at the bottom ehich made for a really awkward last sip from the cup.

Every time we go to the Heist food carts on Woodstock, I always think about trying something new, but Wasabi Sushi keeps calling my name.
This place has rolls, sushi burritos, and donuts. There are also some extra items, like hand rolls that are tasty. My favorite is probably the Crunchy Spider and the Spicy Tuna filled donut. But honestly I’ve never had a bad dish here.
Each roll will come in its own to-go box, which can feel wasteful. But the rolls are pretty large and will take up the whole space. Each dish also comes with some wasabi and pickled ginger.
The staff are always really nice. We’ve only ever waited about 10-15 minutes tops to get our order. This is definitely one of our favorite local sushi foodcarts!

Fish is fresh, nigiri was tasty and a great texture. Tried the Treasure Island Roll (very good) and the Wasabi Roll (excellent, and pictured) on two occasions.

The catering menu is incredibly off with their portions. The package for meant for 6 could barely feed 3 of my employees. That being said, the sushi is amazing.

I was hesitant to order sushi from a food cart but I’m glad I did! The nigiri was 4pcs (such a good price) and the sushi burritos were huge and delicious! The only frustrating thing was that they didn’t send any chopsticks or napkins with the food delivery service (and actually only one container or tamari for a rather large order). Definitely eating here again!

Cheapest ingredients possible. The tuna was I think dyed pink from a can. The ginger was like brown chunks. Even the soy sauce was waterd down. You can’t expect to have return customers and use junk to prepare your food.
