I ordered from Wasabi through Zargasso delivery after being interested in their Cream Curry dish. The photo showed noodles in broth with bok choy, three half eggs, and minced beef. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it looked nothing like the picture—it was a dry noodle dish with only half an egg, and the container was slightly damaged.
I reached out to a Zargasso agent to report the issue, but the back-and-forth communication took quite some time. Eventually, I contacted the owner of Zargasso directly. He was already aware of the situation through the agent and took action immediately.
What I truly appreciated was Wasabi’s response. They didn’t point fingers or shift blame. The owner acknowledged that the food I received was not how the dish is meant to be served and also addressed the issue with the container, mentioning that they handle orders regularly without problems. Despite it being close to closing time, he made the effort to personally arrange delivery of the correct dish to make sure I was satisfied.
Mistakes can happen, but the way Wasabi handled this situation showed professionalism and genuine care for their customers. I really appreciated their quick action and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent service! Excellent food! My wife, my 2 kids and I arrived last minute without a reservation on Valentine’s day supper and they created a table for us! Everything was delicious, even our difficult with food kid found everything great!

THE BEST SUSHI ON ISLAND, hands down. I haven’t had any other sushi on island that’s as fresh and tasty as the sushi at Wasabi. I also got the spicy fried rice and WOW they do not disappoint. The food is so authentic and the ingredients are fresh. This restaurant is an absolute must if you love sushi and japanese food.

The Wasabi Restaurant have unique flavor in every dish, you can see they put a lot of time and effort before they add to menu.I highly recommend it! We just enjoyed a fast, fresh, steaming hot lunch at this new restaurant located in Washington Lane. It’s a small spot, with a great view of passerby if you face towards the lane, or a view of the friendly chefs if you face towards the kitchen. We barely waited 5 minutes and our lunch was ready. Really enjoyed my broccoli stir fry with tofu, the brown sauce at the bottom of the bowl was so savory and tasty, perfect with the sticky rice. Would get it again. I’m also intrigued by the tornado omelet, maybe I’ll try that next time.

I got a recommendation for a hot spot, so I had my first meal in Bermuda at WASAB and ordered the Spicy Tuna Maki. After just one bite, I couldn’t help but give the chef a thumbs up. It’s even more appealing than what I’ve had in Japan. The texture of the tuna is soft, and it pairs perfectly with the sauce. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
