The food truck was at my office, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the destin sushi burrito. When I opened the box, everything was placed so neatly. It tasted so fresh! The chunky salad was perfect! I should have ordered an extra cup. The sushi burrito was bigger than I expected. The ingredients were evenly distributed throughout. Just plain delicious! Are you new to trying sushi? Does it look like you’re fighting your food instead of trying to eat it when using chop sticks? This is for you!

This is actually a 4.8 review that I’ll change to a 5 if they put in a soda machine (I’m not a fan of cans and bottled soda). The rest was delicious! The tortillas are made of rice flour and are tender and delicious. Seaweed salad the best since Pacific Beach CA. Very clean premises and polite staff.

Usually reliable? I tried to grab an order 10min before close and they wouldn’t accept it. I was already having a really bad day and excited that I made it there with time to spare! At least they came to the already locked door of the restaurant to let me know they “couldn’t do any more orders due to an unexpected rush.” I recommend calling ahead.

The burrito I had was good and so were the chips. Salsa was also very good.
2 reasons why this place gets only 4 stars. First, the burrito was a little small. I felt like it could have been more bites. Also, there is a place in So Cal that does the sushi/Mexican fusion a little bit better .
Still though- this was very good. I can’t wait to come back and try more items on the menu!

Not the biggest sushi fan but was willing to finally give it a go after hearing a lot of good things about it. Verdict: the food was delicious and the service was great. Tried the Samurai burrito and was really thrown back by how great the “tortilla” (rice flour) paired with the shrimp, ninja sauce, etc. Coupled with an Abita Lager, an overall really tasty dinner!
Still not the biggest sushi fan, but definitely open to giving a few more items on the menu a try. For the actual sushi & Mexican food fans, I’d assume this will be where you’ll want to be.
