In the business district of Independence Ohio, this hibachi restaurant has a warm and welcome vibe. Interesting lighting and artsy designs throughout. Great selections of wine and beer as well as the signature hot saki. The staff is attentive and will keep you in high spirits with their skills and humor. The food is high quality with large portions and a fair selection of sushi rolls. The soup and salad at the beginning of the meal is unique and delicious as an included started. Highly recommended for groups.

Out of the many years that I been to wasabi, this has definitely been my BEST experience. The food was the BEST. Our chef Shawn has a blessed hand. Everything was seasoned to PERFECTION. I definitely cant wait to come back and have him as our chef!!

Floors were so slippery I almost fell down. Luckily, I had my great-grand daughter to catch me. The atmosphere was so loud that I had to put earplugs in to filter the noise.

Wasabi is fantastic. They get you to a table quick and the times that I’ve been there, I’ve never had a bad chef or bad experience. Each chef does their own thing and is fun in different ways. It’s definitely worth trying once or a few hundred times!

Our waiter was absolutely terrible, the chef AMAZING but the waiter and the manager at night were horrible. We had to beg four different people to sing the girl at our table happy birthday while all the other tables had their celebrations with the food. Our waiter we only saw twice the whole time, we might as well have joined in on the cleaning staff as we waited so long for our waiter to come back (he wasn’t even serving any of the three other tables). The manager didn’t do anything when we asked to speak with him, just said that the kid might have other tasks to do. Normally I have great experiences here but definitely not this time.

Dining in is truly an experience. Super delicious food at the hibachi grill table. The reason I’m giving this place a low rating is because the food you get when delivered and what you get in person are TOTALLY different. The food delivered tastes so terrible and fake (especially the mystery meat) that I tossed it. . . .
