Sushi was absolutely top notch, and the fried cheesecake dessert was super good! Definitely my favorite sushi restaurant in NC! Not to mention, we were the only customers in the whole restaurant, we had the whole place to ourselves! The service was really good, and the food took no time at all to come out! 10/10, would come again

Best miso soup in town! Sushi was great and wasabi is authentic and not horseradish. Only complaint I have is my order was wrong, but it was a lack of communication between the server and I. The restaurant is small but very well kept and very clean and welcoming.

Was very good! No one was there until we started leaving, then people were coming.
Very fresh and tasty! Friendly staff.

I am going to preface by saying it is a very westernized japanese restaurant. Coming from 3 years in japan has probably made this review extremely bias.
Pro:
– affordable
– diverse menu
– tailored to alot of western tastes
– has japanese and Korean options
– shrimp tempura
– chicken wings
Con:
– extremely americanized
– sauce on everything
– fish quality
– anything with the soft shell crab
– wait time to get your food (they only have one guy preparing all the fish, so if it is a busy night be prepared to wait. Don’t take toddlers)
– miso soup
I really wanted to like it, but between the long wait times for food and then the quality, we ended up not eating alot of it. But don’t take my word for it, we are just used to a diferent quality. I am glad this option exists in Fayetteville.

The service was pretty bad, our server forgot she even sat us down and left us waiting for 10-15 minutes and then when she approached she said “sorry, I didn’t know who you guys were”. Terrible customer service, it seems they put more regard to the phone calls and online orders than to the customers dining in.
Even our waters took forever to come out, and then Food took forever to come out, cus like I said, they care more about their doordash and phone orders. Food itself was decent but very underwhelming considering the bad service.
I don’t feel like I wasted my money, but I could definitely live without coming to this place ever again.

Amazing as always!! When I was pregnant over 9 yrs ago I had to get a roll with no raw seafood and I stumbled upon the carnivore roll it has been a favorite since. Takoyaki was to well done so sent back but otherwise was wonderful. The waitress never had sushi and I was asking her about yellow tail…-hamachi. she said it was …tuff…um…hahaha no.. a well done steak is tuff… Yellowtail is delicate and delicious oh well.

The most underrated place in the area. This is where any sushi lover needs to go in Fayetteville for quality and delicious sushi. A humble building with a shared parking lot, this restaurant creates an ambiance which highlights the food. We’ll definitely be back. Pictured is the chefs choice special for 22$.

My daughter chose this place to enjoy her 17th birthday with her family. At first I was against it but it was her special day. Upon arriving we were warmly greeted. Our server was very courteous. Our food looked amazing when it arrived and to my surprise I Loved It! We had a blast! I am so glad my daughter opened my eyes to trying something new. Thank you Wasabi for making this day so perfect for her! Thanks to the young lady who took the greatest care of our party.
