The service was really good but the booth we sat in was uncomfortable. The distance b/n the edge of the table and the seat back was close to 2 feet apart.
The food was ok. We ordered the cheese wontons and the tuna tartar for appetizers. Although the cheese wontons were fried, you could taste the dough of the wonton. They tasted raw. The cheese filling was very sweet, almost like icing and runny. I like savory cheese wontons or crab rangoon and this was more like a dessert. The tuna tartar was good.
I ordered the shrimp and scallop hibachi from the dining room and I thought the grilled vegetables served with it were very good. The fried rice comes with a surcharge but was flavorful. I am not sure how the shrimp and scallops were cooked in the kitchen but when served, they sat in a pretty thick teriyaki sauce. I wonder if they would have tasted better if we had instead sat at the hibachi table. Overall I was a bit disappointed in the food but the waiters were friendly and very nice.

I saw that giant Kitty statue through the window and it drew me inside. Lol! We were seated right away. It was bustling and busy. The hibachi tables were full. People seemed like they were enjoying themselves. We ordered tons of different types of sushi and got appetizers. Everything tasted really good. The server was friendly. We did notice that they have a great lunch special so we will probably come back and try more food then.

Stopped in on a random Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. Was greeted by the friendly hostess and was seated immediately for hibachi. The chef was nice and entertaining. The food was cooked to perfection. We had the filet, shrimp, dumplings, and sushi. The service was attentive and made sure we were good. We will definitely be back!!

We had such a great time here! Colin is an incredibly entertaining and a talented chef. The whole table was laughing while he cooked and the food was just as impressive as the show. This was a great choice for our son’s 17th birthday dinner.

We’ll be back!

My husband, son and I went here for lunch recently. We were excited to have a new restaurant open in this spot since the last one did not survive. We’ve had neighbors that raved about their experience when they first opened, so we couldn’t wait to try!

First, parking is not an issue as it’s a shopping center parking lot free to the public. Upon entering the restaurant, a young lady greeted us and we were seated immediately. There was only one other customer on the restaurant during this time, we were surprised it was empty inside.

I ordered the lunch sushi trio so I could share with my husband. I chose my usual spicy tuna roll that I order everywhere (this is my standard on judging the sushi), and also the Alaska roll and the Yellowtail Jalapeño roll. I was very disappointed, all of the sushi had a very “fishy” taste to it, like it wasn’t fresh and had been sitting out for days in its fish juices. It really distracted me from any flavors of the sushi I ordered. I also noticed that every roll had a very thin layer of rice, some spots almost not even covered by rice. The rolls were also falling apart and there are only 6 pieces.

My husband ordered the steak and shrimp
Hibachi and shared some with me. The steak was slightly over cooked (he asked for medium), the shrimp were good. The biggest issue with his meal was the sauce. We have been to MANY Japanese restaurants but we have never had a sauce that was thick, almost a gravy tacky consistency. It was off putting. The vegetables seemed fresh and were cooked nicely.

Our son ordered the chicken katsu bento box. He enjoyed his meal and I did try his chicken katsu and it was nice and crispy.

Unfortunately, almost within the hour, my husband and I both had upset stomachs that lasted the rest of the day. Our son was fine, but he also did not try our food. So we think the hibachi or sushi rolls made us feel terrible.

I would normally give a new restaurant another shot and feel they were just working out the kinks, but after the terrible food my husband and I had and feeling awful afterwards, I do not think we will be back.

The waitress/hostess was pleasant and the restaurant was clean and the decor and ambiance was airy, modern and nice. But if I was the owner, I would look hard at the quality of food you are serving.

If you want excellent sushi, bento, hibachi and service with a smile, go across the street to JP Sushi, they will not disappoint.

I checked out the reviews before heading in. I was a little worried about the *rare* reviews less than 4 stars. I am so glad I ignored them! Holy cow! Best Hibachi I have had since pre-covid, and maybe ever!! The meat was perfectly cooked, marinated and seasoned. I got filet mignon and scallops. I usually judge a restaurant on their scallops. I’ve found better restaurants ask how you want the scallops cooked, and they didn’t, but no worries! Definitely beat out my previous favorite scallop place! Also, it’s clear soup with the hibachi combo, not miso. idk the difference but it was so savory. Haven’t had good soups with other hibachi places in the area. Wasn’t planning to order sushi, but I spotted someone’s yellowtail on the way in and got the appetizer. So so so good! 10 out of 10 would recommend this place. Upon leaving the restaurant, we were approached by a man in the parking lot asking if it was any good. I could not wait to tell him how much we enjoyed it. Even more excited for when we come back! No pics of hibachi. Too good to wait for a pic!

Great hibachi! First time visiting and was very impressed! Was looking for a quick bite on a weeknight and was pleasantly surprised when we found this gem from a quick Google search. My partner loved the steak and I thought the shrimp was perfect. Friendly staff and clean!

Absolutely loved it! Great experience. I went with my daughter and my niece and we sat with another family. The chef was very entertaining and engaging. Food was top tier and I had a pumpkin spice margarita (I think that was the drink) and it was sooooooo good and pretty.

Wanted to try because the pictures and reviews were good. When we walked in we had a very short wait before someone one of the servers asked us if we wanted Hibachi or table which we wanted a table. After that, we were shown a table and the restaurant was not busy at all. Our server was a young lady which did a semi-good job throughout our stay. We ordered our food and didn’t wait too long for it to come out.
Be warned: the sushi rolls only come with 6 pieces which most places I’ve gone it’s 8 pieces. The staffing is minimal when we went which there was only two servers going back and forth. Felt bad for them but they did a decent job checking on the tables where other guests were seated.
Overall, the interior was clean and had a very cool decor vibe. The food wasn’t that bad considering it’s in Roswell.
I would recommend stopping in and trying if one is in the area.

We noticed this place several months ago while they were still remodeling. Very curious and excited as options are limited around this area.
Tonight was our first visit and it won’t be the last. They did a great job on the inside decor i clean, modern and tasteful. Service was great and the sushi rolls were great. We tried the “I don’t know” roll and he did an awesome job.
Thanks again! We’ll be back
