Wasabi Bistro in Hershey is one of those spots you keep coming back to. The food is consistently fresh, well prepared, and flavorful. The sushi is legit. clean cuts, great texture, and you can actually taste the quality. Their cooked dishes are just as strong, with good portion sizes and rich flavor instead of bland filler.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re going for a quick bite or sitting down for a full dinner. Service is friendly, attentive, and they do a great job making you feel taken care of without hovering. Prices are fair for the quality you’re getting, which is rare these days.

Such a cute place. The sushi dishes I had was fantastic. I mean look at the presentation. I can’t wait to go back and have hot dishes. The front roll was the American Eagle Roll, the shrimp tempura was fresh out the fryer and crisp, the sauce was tasty and every bite had flavor of its own uniqueness. The second roll was the Red Sunset and as pretty as it was, I almost didn’t want to take a bite, but gladly enjoyed every bite with ginger. My waitress and her helper were pleasant and made my experience comfortable and I always appreciate that.

Nice full sushi menu. Staff was cordial, attentive, and expressed sorrow for what seemed like a delay in our sushi. Restaurant was 50% full but looked like a lot of takeout (6:00 hour on a Wednesday). We will definitely go back but maybe not during a dinner rush. Great job by our server – and watching her take care of all her tables and alerting departing customers of items left behind.

Today I was missing one of my items from my order and realized once unpacked at home. They were very reasonable talking it out on the phone. Only asked to call back after review with the staff that packed my order. Promptly called back after a very reasonable review period and admitted their mistake. They were more than happy to offer a refund or replacement. I of course choose replacement, as it was the most delicious East meets West roll (my favorite). They even surprised me with a free seaweed salad when I picked it up!
Mistakes happen. It’s how you respond to them.
Overall I find this restaurant very professional and the food delicious. Would recommend any day!
