Got take out here the Sunday night. Food was high quality ingredients. Two gentlemen were rolling sushi 7 rolls were prepared very quickly. The salmon sashimi were two pieces and very large pieces.
Miso soup was good! The rolls were packed with fish and I will be coming back.

Random stop for quick sashimi. Literally pointed to the first place on my way with 4.5 rating.
More of a take out place i guess but you can eat in. Can probably sit 8-10 families. Maybe even good for a private event if you close the place down. Off 287. Has 8 parking spots.
I ordered sashimi appetizer – fish was fresh but portions of the fish were small. I guess because it’s appetizer. One piece of fish (see video) had some black residue on it (my guess skin) my didnt look appealing so i didnt touch it – hence my 4 star and not 5 star rating.
Also (purely out if greed) ordered their special cali roll. Didnt realize it was hot as in warm… tasted ok but too much sauce of mayo for my taste.
Despite being small – i liked their service dishes and staff was friendly..
Overall solid 4… but would not give 5. Likely ok for take out but if you want a restaurant feel – this is not the place.

A cozy little gem in Boonton. My wife and I stopped into Wasabi Bistro for a Saturday lunch and had a great experience. The vibe is warm and inviting—nothing fancy or over-the-top, just really comfortable and welcoming.
Service was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food.
I went with the sushi + sashimi lunch special and it was delicious. My wife had the ginger chicken lunch box which came with a mix of things (see pics)—also really tasty and a great value. We’ll definitely be returning.

Food was spectacular! Service was friendly and ambiance during late lunch on Saturday was very cozy. I had mushrooms soup, spicy kani salad, salmon and mango tartar (OMG) and springtime roll.
I’ve never been so positively surprised about a last second stop to eat in between errands.

Went here for lunch. They have a lunch menu from 11 – 3. Ordered the Sushi and Sashimi combo which comes with Miso Soup for $20. Added a California roll for $5. It was an excellent meal. The tuna and salmon were very good. The service was fast and efficient. The parking lot is kind of small.

We had a great experience. I ordered the super hamachi roll which was fresh and delicious. I also had salmon sashimi and hamachi handroll, both fresh and delish!!! My husband did chefs skewer combo. He was happy with 5 of the 6. The server noticed he didn’t really eat one so she asked if she could swap it out at no charge. It was a great dining experience!

So amazing and FRESH!! The sashimi is out of this world and the jalapeno yellow tail in ponzu app should not be missed!! The rolls are super creative with lots of variety. What a treat to eat sushi at home during quarantine!! A true gift of the palette
