Amazing!! So many options, there’s something for everyone. The katsu don was some of the best we’ve had and the sushi was fresh. The mango sticky rice was fantastic – we WILL be back!

We’ve eaten here twice now—once dining in and once getting takeout—and both experiences were excellent. Before coming here, I had never really enjoyed sushi. I thought it was fine… something I could tolerate. This place completely changed that for me. Everything we’ve tried has been hands-down delicious, and now I genuinely look forward to eating sushi.
We originally found this restaurant out of convenience because of its location, but after our experiences, it’s become a place we’ll happily drive 20+ minutes for. The food quality is consistent whether you eat in or take out, and you can tell care is put into what they serve. Highly recommend—especially if you think you’re “not a sushi person.”

Everything we ordered was very tasty. The sashimi was excellent! Loved the noodle dishes and ramen too.

A really great dining experience in Kendig Square. It’s been years since I visited Wasabi, but it did not disappoint. Having traveled to Japan, I’m always skeptical of restaurants claiming to have authentic Japanese food. Well, Wasabi wasn’t lying. The sushi was super fresh and very flavorful. You also can’t wrong with the pork katsu, which is served with sauce, rice and some fresh pineapple. The menu is super big, so you have plenty of options to pick from.

This was our second visit. The first time last week, it was almost empty. We let our server know we needed a few minutes, she came back almost immediately, and when I said “no, I need a few minutes,” she came back again almost immediately. I just ordered miso soup and nothing else because it was the first thing I saw that didn’t need a description and was trying to avoid being as pushy to the server as she was to us.
Tonight we came back to try it again and it was rough. We arrived at 5:30 and had to ask to be seated because no one noticed we and another person arrived. At 5:40, someone finally took our drink orders. At 6:30 with still no food, we decided to leave, and even then, the kid at the front had an attitude and sighed loudly, throwing his head back (to be fair, he is an actual child). Since our order was mostly done, we agreed to take it to go. I am very disappointed to have spent $83 to waste an hour waiting on food.
My thai tea was good but the service was awful with no apology or explanation, no coupon for next time, anything. There were nine tables, three of the tables being single individuals, and six employees. It’s unacceptable.

A small, unassuming Japanese hibachi/sushi restaurant, this place is great! Don’t pass up the chance to try it out. The sushi menu is enormous, if you’re into that sort of thing! If you’re not (like me), the rest of the menu is comprehensive, especially the appetizer selection. I’m kind of a traditionalist so I had teriyaki chicken… two large chicken beasts covered with some of the best teriyaki sauce I’ve ever had. My daughter, the vegetarian, ordered miso soup, a bao bun, and some other vegetarian item and she loved all of it. My husband had shrimp and steak hibachi that he said was fantastic. This was a wonderful treat and we will return when we are in the area!

Wasabi is a great option for dine in or take out. Menu is great with a lot of options from appetizers to entrees and sushi’s of all kinds. Really enjoyed all the different food that we ordered and the Thai iced coffee was awesome got two of them.
The reason for the four star versus five star was the service. Our waitress was not bad and checked on us periodically. The issue I had was in the beginning it felt like we were being rushed to order our food order. Which wasn’t due to time, we had two hours before they would be closing. So for me when I sit down somewhere I’d like to be able to take sometime and really enjoy myself.
Overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone to try and will 100% be going back again many times.

I order delivery so I can’t speak on service. The sushi is fantastic. My favorite roll is the tropical thunder roll. Sweet and salty with banana and mango. You can’t find anything like this in Lancaster! Try it they’re awesome!

Stumbled on this little Gem on a Friday night. Wow what a pleasant surprise. Our waiter was fantastic and attentive. The food was fresh, excellent and fast. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. The bathroom was low on TP but hey that was remedied fast when I mentioned it. I’d never seen fried cheese cake so that was a fun and delicious way to finish a terrific meal. Hubby doesn’t like spicy so he opted for a no spice curry dish and WOW the flavor was fantastic. My 6 spice hibachi was right amount of heat and scallops were Fresh and steak cook exactly Med as requested.
We’ll definitely dine here again when out that way.
