Reviews
Let me begin by saying that the food itself was great. Unfortunately, the level of management we witnessed during our visit today was extremely disappointing and concerning.
From the moment we walked in, the manager, Mr. Jason, was loudly scolding a female drive-thru employee in full view of customers. He was using foul language and an aggressive tone—something no customer, let alone children, should have to hear in a family restaurant. This was during a busy lunch rush, with multiple families and kids present.
As the meal went on, the unprofessional behavior only escalated. Mr. Jason was openly hostile toward customers who were simply trying to have incorrect orders fixed. He berated his cooks about pushing out fries, cursed loudly, and even slammed his fist against the silver heating hood in frustration—again, in front of everyone.
The most troubling incident came when he turned his aggression toward a teenage cashier. We witnessed Mr. Jason scolding this young employee, putting his hands on him physically pushing him. The teen asked him to stop, visibly upset, but the manager continued with his hostile attitude until the employee had to walk away in tears. At that point, my husband and a friend of ours stepped in to express concern for the employee’s well-being. Only then did the manager slowly back down and retreat to the back, where he remained out of sight.
This display of disrespect, hostility, and lack of professionalism was shocking. No employee should be treated this way—especially not in front of customers—and no customer should be subjected to witnessing such behavior. Management should set the tone for a safe, respectful, and positive environment. What we saw today was the exact opposite.
While the food was enjoyable, the experience left us deeply dissatisfied and concerned. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately for the sake of both employees and customers.
