Ever heard “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean”? These folks havent. Ceiling tiles show years of leaks, tables and floors were dirty, and the employees were very enthusiastic about getting outside to smoke.

All these reviews something needs to be addressed. The ceiling seems nasty, dirty, falling in, etc. The smell of the men bathroom is undesirable and indescribable. The chicken was so hard, you just couldn’t eat it. I was listening at the tone of the voice of some of the workers thru drive through as i was eating and let’s just say its not what you say, its how you say it!!!! Let’s ask ourselves a question. Who wants to eat at an establishment with bathrooms smelling and looking awful?!

I had a really early invasive medical procedure where I had to fast from the day before. I worked that night and went from there to the procedure early the next morning.
I was hungry, thirsty and hadn’t slept for over 24 hours when my partner drove us home from the hospital. Lol
He asked what i wanted and I immediately said Ward’s breakfast, because they are never serving breakfast when I’m awake since I work from the evening to late night.
Partner went in and got me the pancake platter with eggs and bacon. I may have been starving, but that was still the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time.

You got a love Wards the best root beer yes yes yes!!! Not to mention they serve breakfast which is great, food is always spot on and consistent they actually cook your burgers for you….so it is not fast food but it is relatively fast and delicious.Friendly staff quick service clean restaurant clean bathrooms. If you’re not a local you need to stop at this location and become one, much better than the other fast food restaurants in Long Beach!

Wards has gone from being a source of some of the most unhealthy foods to a menu with more choices and several options which are much more heart-healthy and it’s all at a reasonable price. Their grilled chicken wraps and salads are pretty good.
