Stopped by this morning on unexpected trip. The restaurant was very clean. Condiments readily available to choose from. Staff was super friendly and polite. Bought the breakfast platter, everything was A + egg portion could have been a little larger. Looked like one scrambled egg but could be the portion size. Definitely will stop again if in the area!!

Me and my family ate there we got big one combos now only did the food stink but we got sick from eating it do not eat at this place they are not clean they serve old food old bread onions and pickles are not good either one of these made me and my family sick very sick!

Was not impressed with how the store looked. The floor was flooded. Service and food was okay. Got hot fudge sundaes, it would be better if fudge was warm…looked thrown together.

Asked not to wrap my hotdog they wrapped it anyway. Then unwrapped it and tried giving it to me. I gave it back to them and just went with the cold fries and root beer.

Absolutely the best fast food burger I’ve ever eaten in all of my 53 years. Brilliant quality, absolutely delicious, juicy patty topped with chilli. It was huge too.
I’ve never heard of Ward’s before and stopped simply because the restaurant looked nice.
Ward’s kicks McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s into the weeds.
Their prices are slightly cheaper than their bigger competitors, to boot.
The staff here were friendly and hospitable.
Next time I pass through Prentiss, I will be stopping here for sure!

Slowest services I’ve ever seen, burgers were cold, fries had older grease taste, drinks were o.k. for the money of two combos meals, I will never go back, ever. The old Ward’s in pretties was super fast, good food, polite employees.

It’s totally different from the old Wards. Some of the workers are rude. They catch attitude majority of the time. The food not as good as it use to be. They need the old workers back. Than maybe the customer service will be better and the food too.
