The quality of food this place uses nowadays is terrible. This use to be my go to places to eat but now I don’t even go in there no more. They need to stick with there core roots that made them famous and use better quality ingredients because there patties they use on there burgers I wouldn’t feed that mess to my dog. I don’t even think it’s real meat it’s that bad.

We were in town for vacation and thought we would try a local joint instead of major chain. Food was less than par except French fries which were really good. Workers walking around like they had chip on their shoulder. My friend had weight loss surgery and ordered kids meal and cashier rolled her eyes at us. Just overall bad experience. I should of known not to go in bc only 2 cars in parking lot and it was dinner time. Very disappointing unfortunately bc I like to support local establishments.

Ordered a Big One combo with root beer float. All tasted great. The problem was the hamburger patty was tiny, half the size of the bun, possibly for a Little One. A ripoff. A little one combo would have been cheaper for the same meat. Also, something was borderline over salted. Possibly the chili. I couldn’t decide. The float was good. The workers were very friendly. Food a little disappointing.

WENT TO WARD’S RESTAURANT IN LAUREL, MS. THE FOOD WAS BURNT AND COLD I THINK THE BURGER MEAT WAS COOK AN HOUR BEFORE I GOT THERE. JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURE IT WILL TELL THE STORY. THE PRICE IS HIGH FOR THE FOOD. THE FOOD QUALITY WENT DOWN HILL. IT’S LIKE SO MANEY OF THE RESTAURANT IN LAUREL AREA NOT WORTH GOING TO THEM .

I ordered a steak biscuit which was fantastic but I also ordered hash browns and they were so full of cooking oil and had alot of cooking oil sitting in the bottom of the paper pack, it was literally leaking out everywhere 1st time eating here and was kinda disappointed

The Wards on hwy 16 sucks if you want food go to the one on Hwy 84 and Chantilly which is not that far away, two days after July 4, I open my plate this morning, the section for the grits was not full it was like 4 tspns the sausage was a half piece and the egg was half a egg, when we pulled up the cashier had a nasty very nasty attitude and kept calling us out of our name and laughing, one looked Whoopi Goldberg and the other one looked like shrek they are probably taking the food home and didn’t want us to eat is what it looked like and she kept yelling this is about 7: something am… I told my significant other pull off because I knew it was going to be trouble and I spent my money and it was not worth it go the Wards hwy 84 and Chantilly it’s a whole other world.

So I haven’t had a ward’s chili cheeseburger improbably in 30 years. So I thought I’d stopped in and grab one because we were passing through. Sometimes Perhaps we remember food or things from the past. Being better than they actually were but not in this case. That ward’s chili cheeseburger that I just ate was better than I remember! Oh, by the way, fantastic service and very nice and must stop by if you’re passing through.FANTASTIC GUYS !
