First off, upon walking to the counter, the young rachet cashier didn’t greet me like employees are SUPPOSE to when customers walk into their establishment! I had to repeat my order and when I handed her my money she grabbed it with 2 fingers, laid the receipt on the counter then placed my change on top of it, I then went to the restroom and once I came out she was finishing bagging my food and handed my food to me with those same 2 fingers and I grabbed it with my 2 fingers and she had the audacity to tell me to hold it under the bottom so it wouldn’t waste, acting like she was trying to keep from catching something. Management need to place that little girl in CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING CLASS because it sucks at this location! I will NOT be returning to this store! By the way, it was money wasted because I didn’t eat those french toast sticks nor cheese grits I purchased. Didn’t look right!!!!

I ordered 3 chili cheese fries and the total was 19.20 get to the front and I told the young lady just give me 2 and it went down to $11 and some change ??? I used to eat there all the time but not anymore. It’s filty, and the service is so slow. I went there today for breakfast and all the tables were dirty, food on the floor, flies everywhere. To say there’s a pandemic everything should be clean when the customer leaves.

We didn’t eat inside, so I didn’t rate atmosphere. We were headed to the coast, so we ate in the vehicle. Wards was really busy, so it took a while to get our food. But, we were hungry, and Wards is comfort food. The Big Ones are warm, and messy; the fries are so soft. All in all, a good visit.

The mushroom burger was nasty. The meat was hard around the edges and not freshly cooked. The milk shake was so thin until you could drink it instead of getting the joy of a thick shake. The food was not good at all.

The bread was hard on one side I asked for a medium root beer to drink I didn’t get a full cup she claims because of fizz let’s not forget about the cold fries. The whole order was awful!!!!

My mother and I went towards in Bay Springs Mississippi for breakfast the coffee was cold the food was cold and I had to make about five trips just to get one cup of hot coffee and then the only reason I got hot coffee was because I asked the waitress for hot coffee I told her all these warming pots are cold and she checked and sure enough she verified what I had told her she was an excellent waitress I have no complaints on her but hunny they need some help when it comes to serving food the food would have probably been good if it would have been hot. Needless to say we don’t have a desire to go back. And my mother and I love Wards but this one wasn’t good at all.
