The Big One is my favorite here! The Spicy Fries are cooked perfect! The Baskets come with rolls and Fries so the plate is big enough to get you perfectly full! Very Clean restaurant! Managers are polite and Servers do very well! 10/10 would recommend! Ask for a Double Big One or a Double Little one!

Happened again!!! I already know the prices on the board are for small combos but if u don’t specify then they up charge you to a large and add Lil over 3 bucks on it. So even tho I specifically said small combo they charged me for a large so instead of 7.99 it was 10.69. Im sorry you have to pad your stats for whatever reason but this is the last time you will snake my money out of me. Either change the menu board to what you are charging or let people know bc it is super dirty and deceitful. And I already know its not the workers its the management. Don’t know which management but somewhere their is someone telling it’s employees to snake people for more money

If it’s not breakfast then don’t bother going. Inconsistent service. Today I got half way cooked fries that I’d NEVER serve to anyone. Tasted like raw potatoes. At least one cashier acts like they are high on drugs. I’ve seen another cashier bullying another into doing side work/cleaning and being very rude. No one ever acts happy to work there much less serve you after 10AM.

The food was Absolutely terrible. As I sat in my truck at the window 2 people tried to enter the restaurant. The dinning room was already closed at 8:30 They proceeded to walk through the drive thru to place an order. My food sat on the counter while the the girl working the drive thru with a look like she could care less about being there took the peoples order that walked through the drive thru. 4 min later I got my food went home and un wrapped the garbage. If I could leave 0 stars ⭐️ I totally would! Worst service and food! I figured since corporate supposedly took over things changed well I was wrong. The menu clearly states BLT as a COMBO but they charged my daughter individually for the BLT the fries and the drink which equal out to be $24 for two combos, which should have been $13.98. Then she proceeds to argue with me about it telling me I’m wrong and I’m looking at her menu. My husband order the catfish basket. It was two pieces of catfish no bigger than my pinky. My granddaughter got more fries in her kitty basket Then my husband did and his catfish plate. I asked for a side. Of nacho cheese and chili cheese because she told me I could not add it to his fries got charged for it never got it.(3.98) Never got our drinks because the BLT combo that I ordered was not technically a combo and I didn’t pay for the drinks. I will not stop at another Wards, if they can’t get this one better managed than they all probably ran like trash! The kiln wards IS STRAIGHT TRASH! I paid total $70 for a BLT a chicken wrap a hamburger and kids meal! No drinks! We could have went to eat Mexican food for that price!
