I was there app 9 am. Ordered a link sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and hash browns. Paid almost 7.00 for this. There is not much worse than biting into a doughy biscuit—could not eat it. So I thought I had the hash browns—they also had not been cooked enough—they were light golden and were all broken up fallen apart in the little bag—bottom line—stop taking the biscuits out of the oven early—as I am more than sure you have exact instructions on time and temp—same with the hash browns—I threw away 7.00 and who can afford to do that in this economy. Had to make another stop and get something that was edible. Not a good experience.

Finding one actually open and open on a Sunday was kind of a hassle, but definitely a flavor like nothing else, I’ll knock for having issues finding one and the edges of my burger being a little dry but the root beer is phenomenal and the big one is delicious

The employees have always been very nice and helpful but to be honest I have never got a warm burger here other than the big one and that’s just because the chili was hot. The cheese has never been melted on any of the ward’s quarter’s that I have gotten and the bun is always cold.

It took forever to get my order. Then I watched my order get handed out the window after the lady told the other one that it was my order 3 Times. Then had to wait for them to quit arguing so they could make the order again.

The chilli DOES NOT AT ALL taste like Ward’s chilli, its disgusting a along with the rest of their food! We will drive to collins Ward’s instead and we live in Taylorsville so that should tell u something!

I had the worse steak sandwich ever. My bun was a large cold one and the meat was very small and 4 chips of lettuce on it. My sisters regular burger which was suppose to have a dressed burger but was not and meat burnt and frozen bun. Never eat there again
