I would give it 0 stars if that was an option because why am I and many other vehicles having to wait in a long line at the drive thru because the cashier is playing around with the person in front of me and going back and forth joking instead of doing your job? At this point my food is getting cold. The ice in my drink melted and you say sorry about that? That wasn’t a mistake that was a choice. You saw the line of cars and kept playing around with the woman in the car in front of me because you know her and yall friends. That’s cool do that on your own time not when you have a long line of people waiting on their food!!

Food was horrible there was a flavor in the chili that was not normal. I love Wards but this one is awful. They also didn’t put chili on my chili cheese fries and there were not many fries. Luckily being in Taylorsville is rare and I dont have to go to this one.

I ordered cheese on my biscuit and got no cheese. I asked for 4 creamers and sweet and low. I didn’t get sweet and low. They gave me sugar and two creamers. No silverware. Usually it is good here but today it was horrible.

The staff is courteous, helpful and and very nice to the customers. Ward’s in Collins is hands down the very best place to eat breakfast. They make fresh homemade style biscuits every morning. The breakfast platter can’t be beat. They also have very good biscuits and sausage gravy as well as really good tomato gravy and biscuits. And their sausage, egg, &cheese biscuits, Ham, egg, &cheese biscuits, Bacon, egg and cheese, Sausage biscuits, Ham biscuits, Egg and cheese biscuits, even their plain butter biscuits are all top notch. If you don’t care for or don’t want your breakfast on a biscuit they will put it on your choice of regular or Wheat toast. Or if you dont want breakfast food for breakfast they will make you anything on the lunch menu for breakfast. Their special that everyone usually gets for lunch or supper is called a Big One or a Little One, which is a chili cheese burger that comes with their special Ward’s Chili which is extremely good and a chili you can only get at Ward’s. The food would have been good if it had been prepared as I ordered. I got about 10-12 fries in a small order. The fries bag was a little over half full. When I asked about the amount, the manager was not too pleasant. I was unable to go inside and didn’t have time to debate the issue. I left the restaurant disheartened and had to get my day started.
