We ate here while in town visiting family. There was live music playing outside, people enjoying each other’s company, cute dogs all around and a beautiful view of the river across the street! We ordered 3 appetizers; the mozzarella sticks, the bang bang shrimp and the spinach artichoke dip. The mozzarella sticks were the largest ones I’ve ever seen, resulting in excellent cheese stretches on the kids behalf. The spinach artichoke dip was warm, rich and creamy and the bang bang shrimp were super crunchy with a sauce that was to die for! Service was great from the time we walked in to the time we left. I didn’t enjoy our entrees as much as the appetizers but they weren’t bad to say the least, there’s just a few things that didn’t meet my preference. Overall I had a nice experience and I’d be happy to eat here again in the future!

We have been coming to War Water since they first opened with just a small food pickup window to go with our beers we ordered. It’s been amazing to watch how much they’ve grown over the years, along with their beer and food selection. A lot of places lose quality as they expand, but that definitely hasn’t happened here. The drinks are excellent and the food is always great,! It’s easily become one of our favorite spots in the area. Highly recommend

We took a Sunday drive out to Saint Clair, and this was the perfect lively, but laid-back spot for a drink and dinner by the water! Most breweries do not have food, but War Water definitely came through with a unique, tasty menu! We really enjoyed their beer selection, the views of the water, and the entertainment of the live music! Our server took great care of us and had a great sense of humor when we cracked jokes!
The brussels were so yummy but avocado bombs are an absolute MUST. For dinner, I had the ahi poke bowl and it was outstanding!! I would absolutely order that again. They were accommodating with gluten-free options for my friend as well!

I visited on a Friday for dinner and was able to sit right away. I ordered the a hard seltzer and it was delicious! My sister got the smash sliders and I got the fish sandwich. The food was good and we loved the spooky vibes they set up for Halloween. The service was great even though we sat outside. I would definitely go back because there was a lot on the menu that looked really good. Would recommend!

Great food. Service with a smile, and plenty to choose from on the menu. The food comes out hot and fast, and the portions are large. You can sit inside, or sit outside on the patio looking at the St Clair river. Great place to enjoy a cozy atmosphere and nice meal: In the winter months they serve homemade chilly with awesome chunks of pork meat mixed with beef and beans plus corn bread.

Excellent meals! We had a selection of in house crafted beers to celebrate the season! Highly recommend the Mahi Mahi bowl. Perfectly cooked on top of rice and vegetables. The delicious filet mignon salad had crisp field greens too. We even saw a freighter on this December day.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 from us is the political advertising with the Trump hat and Trump 20s. Hang an American Hat and Flag instead and show a unified and welcoming establishment. Keep divisive politics out from either side.

This place is by far the best restaurant in St. Clair! I almost feel like I owe them an apology for ever going anywhere else because it never disappoints, but we go elsewhere only to be disappointed by other establishments. I just wish they had a full bar to compliment their distilled spirits. I’m not a beer guy, but they have a great draft selection and their sushi is as good as you can ask for.

The tables arw first come first serve which is very confusing but we were lucky to grab a table and someone came and cleaned it pretty quick. The sushi is delicious and fresh! I love their spicy mayo and sweet soy sauce the only thing is theyre sooo expensive. For sushi and a burger and 1 beer it was 65 dollars!!! I do really like this place!
