First time ordering from here. Delivery was fast, I got the chicken and broccoli. Sauce was light, not as greasy as some places. This is my new go to for Chinese food!.

I love this place for its convenience but boy do they know how to press my buttons. Be careful when ordering, you’ll pay $10-12 for a “meal” and then they just send you the meat and no rice. There’s no way spare rib tips is 12 alone. Not to mention prices are not really consistent- they will try to play you if you let them. Other then that, edible Chinese American food.

by far one of the best chinesse food restaurants in NYC. MR Wan is the nicest person and will make the meals just how you like it. Products are fresh and taste are incredible. Price is good and the variety of dishes is amazing.

The man running Wan’s Garden is an absolute angel. He is so sweet every time I order and he always greets me with a “hello my friend” at the door. The food is always perfect too! I feel so lucky that this is my neighborhood Chinese food spot. 10/10 all around

I have been to Wan’s Garden at least four times. I have “played the hits” for my favorite American-takeout-Chinese food. I can finally say, I am extraordinarily disappointed with each and every time I have gotten food from here. This will be my last time ordering from Wan’s Garden.
First – if you call in, the guy on the phone always calls you “my friend.” He’s super nice. I always want to like the place. The food doesn’t come close to living up to his pleasantries.
The scallion pancake is over fried, greasy, and lacking scallions. It’s served with Hoisin Sauce. EXCUSE ME? Horrible.
We’ve ordered the Wonton-Egg Drop soup. Worse than average flavor, consistency was too goopy. Poorly made.
The General Tso’s chicken is well-fried, but totally lacking broccoli.
The sauce for the classic chicken + brócoli lacks flavor.
Hoping the place changes its ways by the next time I inevitably come back a year from now.

Best chinese take-out in the city! Tom is such a great guy and they make the best, freshest, most flavorful food. I had to order from another place when they were closed once and it wasn’t half as good. Thank you Wan’s I’ll love you forever!

I don’t know why, but this place has really good chicken nuggets. I usually get an order of those alongside my regular stuff, and the food always comes fresh and hot. Can’t say much about the atmosphere, but it’s your standard Chinese takeout spot. Service is spot-on though, so I’d definitely make this place my go-to for Chinese!

There were multiple long black hairs in my food

Food is pretty good, but they seem to make up prices. I get the same order every time, which is usually less than $12 (boneless spare ribs combo with lo mein and an eggroll). Yesterday I got my usual order and they charged me $18.50?? The portion was the same, but the food was very burnt and the lo mein made a mess in the bag. I don’t usually write reviews but I was super disappointed because I thought I found my new spot for chinese food. Now, I feel like I’ve been scammed and probably won’t be back.
