Got 3 lunch combos, they were able to accommodate my request of swapping out chicken for tofu for one of them. Food was plenty for the price (like $9 each but varies). If I had any complaints it’s more about what I ordered than the food. Upon eating I wish my dish had more vegetables instead of just rice and meat, I selected “Plain fried rice” thinking it would have onion or maybe even egg chunks in it but no it’s literally plain fried rice. Not a big deal. Other restaurants “sesame chicken” have broccoli so I was disappointed they didn’t, but it was not advertised one way or the other. “spicy” option as expected was not spicy whatsoever but as a spice lover I am more than prepared with my own hot sauce because most Americanized places are wimpy with the spice. Food was ready within 10 mins of my order during lunch on a Friday. Overall for the price, I would definitely order again.

We’ve been going here for about a year now and yet to have a bad experience. We come by a few times a month. Service and food are great, unlike the fancy one in RH that has a similar name. Actually, I’m eating some lo mein as I type. We’ll, be back again soon!

Impressed enough to come write a review. Most place’s wonton soup have become cheap and loveless, not here. I love that it has the scallions, pork strips, and the wontons are actually full instead of just mostly empty noodles. I will be back to get it again now that I know.

Watch what you are charged for your order. They total up the items you order and attach that slip to the bag, but then they ring up the order later when you arrive to pick up your food. I noticed on a few orders that the order total was not what I was charged. I was charged more — and it was only cents — but they should match. Don’t know if an employee made a mistake when charging the order, but this is unacceptable. No business should do this, whatever the difference is between the two amounts.

Last night was probably third or fourth time I’ve gotten Chinese take-out here this year, a solid choice if you order carefully. Steamed vegetables with chicken and shrimp and steamed broccoli . . . that way, you avoid all the seed oils and other things that could make this an unhealthy food choice. Sorry, didn’t think to take photos, but it’s right next to Silas Dean Pawn on corner at Cumberland (across from Wethersfield Police Station).
