Food was delicious, our waiter was awesome! food came out quick., hot and fresh. I gave it four stars cause they didn’t have any cayenne pepper or sweet and sour sauce . the have this Buffalo wonton. they were great. I will be going back to try other things.

Here on business travel and found this restaurant within walking distance from my hotel. I wanted a quick bite around 730 and saw they closed at 8, so I quickly got there a couple minutes later to find out they closed their kitchen early. The main bartender; or maybe manager, was very apologetic, but I find it unacceptable that they would shut their food operations down a half hour before their advertised close.
I’m going to give them another chance because the menu looks amazing and the ambiance was inviting, but I was definitely disappointed with my first experience.

My experience was good. I tried a new menu option, a fried rice with shrimp, coconut and asparragus. Its was delicious! So many options and great staff. I loved the place decor!

I truly loved Wang Gang when visiting friends in Edwardsville! I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice and felt like I didn’t even make a dent in the bowl! It was so good, but it filled you up quickly. My boyfriend ordered the Samoan Pineapple Burger and was surprised with how delicious it was. Great place to dine and cannot wait to visit again!

Well there’s a first time for everything! I had a poke bowl and I am content! This would be my go to dive to go to for an Asian Eatery experience if I lived around the corner but I don’t so, those that are closer, come and entertain your taste buds! The atmosphere was pleasant with people eating different dishes at the tables as I walked in that was impressive and they looked picture perfect! See one of the desserts? Yum! I absolutely love it!

New menu items today. Chili Fig Jam Fried rice was beyond amazing! The Chicken Paillard dish was perfectly cooked with brown rice, hibachi broccoli, chicken and a pineapple. You are missing out if you don’t try these two new treats!

Wang gang is the real deal and an Edwardsville staple. The food is excellent and the service is 5 star. The sodas which are made by the owner are excellent and a must try. When visiting here, everything on the menu is a home run. The owner clearly cares about the restaurants he owns because chappys and Wang gang both have a great feel of care and attention. This is a must stop when in Edwardsville or on a date night.
