This place is a true hidden gem. Chef Jim dishes up amazing food, and is a great person to chat up. He gives free cooking lessons at the library the 3rd Tuesday of every month.
I’ve only had 3 of the dishes they offer for dinner, but they’re so good that I find myself not trying out anything else! If you love amazing food, I highly recommend stopping by.

Ice cream was great! 6 flavors of ice cream available, 3 sizes, and the option for a $1 upgrade waffle cone too. Owner was very sociable and very kind. Didn’t get the chance to try any of the food but hoping to stop back soon.

Finally!!! A place where authentic Italian sandwiches and classic dishes from all around the world come together with homemade frozen custard! I have had many of Jim’s creations and not once, have I ever come away not impressed. His passion really meets excellence when it comes to his lobster bisque and pretty much any dish or sandwich with the word lobster included.
If you live in Chautauqua or are just passing through its a must stop location. Ericca & Jim will make you feel at home while waiting on your order.

The quiet, out of the way custard and ice shop was perfect with the hot weather we’d had. Good serving sizes in a small location. There is a park across the street that provides seating.

So glad to have come across this treasure! Had mint chocolate chip custard – delicious, and ample serving. Owners are very nice people. Tiny building is adorable. We look forward to trying some of the entrees. We sat at one of the picnic tables out front, as the temperature had dropped to a refreshing 80°; it made a perfect end to a gorgeous (but hot) day.

What a wonderful little shop!
We visited Westfield for the weekend from Pittsburgh and stopped in for some custard to celebrate my birthday. The owner was so welcoming, kind and personable. The shop itself is nice and clean. They have corn hole set up outside, sidewalk chalk for kids to draw and it feels like you are visiting a friend’s home.
Absolutely a lovely place! If we ever come back to Westfield, which I really hope we do, we will be stopping back!
