Food is just bad. I got two pizzas, breadsticks, wings, and the cinnamon bites. Pizza is super bland. No taste at all. The breadsticks are super dense and tough. The wings were salty and no sauce on them. I ordered mild not plain so I was expecting them to be tossed in a sauce. The cinnamon bites were okay just cause they were sweet. I spent 50 bucks and never again. Family Express has way better food than they do and it’s cheaper.

At precisely 8 PM, a full hour prior to the establishment’s closing time, I placed a call only to be informed that the oven had already been shut down for the evening. Subsequently, the call was abruptly terminated. This incident transpired on January 14, 2025. Such deplorable service! I had been a regular patron, placing orders two to three times a week. Alas, no longer. The owner ought to feel a deep sense of shame for this egregious lapse in customer service.

Picked up a pizza tonight and wow! It was amazing! My family and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend trying them out, the pizza tasted hot and fresh! I’ll be ordering from them more often 🙂

I’ve gotten their supreme thin crust pizza twice now. The first time was a large and the crust was *perfect* – the best thin crust I’ve ever had. It was crisp and fantastic. Unfortunately the second time I got an extra large and it was floppier. Maybe the extra large pizzas don’t get cooked as long because they’ll burn but it was a bit disappointing compared to the first pizza. That said, it was still really delicious and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
